Jay had been very patient with me to go through my form, diet and progress. I think that he's someone whom I'll recommend to if you're starting out on keeping fit and healthy. He's been very encouraging at every step of the way, and his positive vibe empowers me to do more for myself!

Was looking for an outdoor PT when the CB started where indoor gym work out wasn't allowed. I wanted to continue my strength training & conditioning and I saw Jay's ad on FB & decided to give a try. As I never expected, he's very professional. He has specifically done a training program & diet that catered to my needs. After completing 4 sessions with him, I have since lost weight & gain more strength (these can be proven from the data recorded after every session). I always felt very encouraged in every training session & he would not push if you're unable to. And he also take special care if I am doing with the right posture. So far, I am very satisfied & no regrets in engaging him as my PT. I would definitely recommend this Personal Trainer without hesitation if you want to achieve good results.

J is a great coach and trainer. This is the first time I have a personalised training arrangement to build up my core muscles, strength, and proper dietary guidance. He is an all consuming trainer and patience in guiding me. For those who are still hesitating, wait no more and you will be motivated by his help and supervisions.

Many times I had tried to make an overall lifestyle change but didn’t know how to start or how to educate myself. Finally I have decide to set the path right to seek professional help and that's where I found Jay. Not only he have deep knowledge on fitness but he also know how to give proper training to making sure I perform my exercises correctly. Trust me, given any terrain to train with Jay he will know how to make use of the given surrounding to be part of our training station. He motivates me to push myself and take care of my diet plan too! If you are seeking for professional trainer, he's the one I will recommend!

Jay takes very careful note of my pre-existing condition and injuries, customized my training regime, and tailored exercises to fit my needs and limitations. He observes my workouts carefully and help me to adopt correct form so that I can work out safely, avoid potential/further injuries, and benefit from the all exercises. During each session, he motivates me to push beyond my usual limits to achieve more gains. He also shows concern by asking if I am experiencing any pain during certain exercises and after the session. Jay follows up with me after my session, and is very communicative and responsive. He also helped me with my nutrition so that I can meet my health and fitness objectives. His positivity and encouragement help to sustain me through my diet plan! Throughout my fitness journey with Jay, he has been very encouraging at every step of the way and has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals: reduction in pain and fats, improved stamina, and gain in strength and muscle mass and definition. I really enjoy working together with him to attempt new and more challenging workouts, and setting and achieving new fitness goals. Every training session with Jay leaves me soaked with sweat, strengthened, lighter, stronger, fitter, immensely satisfied, and looking forward to the next session! Jay has the qualities of an excellent personal trainer: knowledgeable, professional, helpful, communicative, motivating, goal and safety oriented, and flexible. He is one I highly commend and recommend!

Been training with Jay for almost one month and I’m feeling grateful to have him motivating me along my fitness journey. Thanks to his training program and nutrition advice, I can see myself transforming into a healthier person and this is definitely encouraging for me. To me, Jay is an approachable personal trainer as he is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is also very patient in explaining the program he tailored, and that makes me have a clearer picture of how to achieve my fitness goal which I can’t wait to see. Not only that, he always makes the training sessions so meaningful as he is able to convey the fitness techniques in a way that is easy to understand and makes sense to me. So I feel even more motivated each time after his training session. Overall I think Jay has been doing a great job as a professional and responsible personal trainer. Highly recommended??????

I have always been looking for a trainer who uses body weight exercises instead of the gym equipment to reach my fitness goal. Approached Jay and he has always been very patient and empathetic during the delivery of his training. After 10 sessions with him, I felt that I am more stronger and my stamina improved as compared to when I first started training with him. You can consider him if you are also looking for a trainer who can train you using body weight exercises. Thanks Jay for the help!

I'm training with Jay just a month. He friendly and helpful in explaining the training. He is a great PT with engaging personality. I really enjoyed the challenge he put into the sessions. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes the training challenging. My fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more progressively
