โ โ โ โ โ No assistance in carrying your luggage till your room. No lift, use stairs and carry your luggage by your own. Not so welcoming. And wifi is good :p

โ โ โ โ โ BE AWARE!!!! BE AWARE!!!! BE AWARE!!!! BE AWARE!!!! BE AWARE!!!!
These people are thieves. They have charged my credit card with cancellation fee 2 days after I have checked-out of their hotel!!!
THEY TOOK MY MONEY AFTER I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE ROOM!!!
Stay clear from this hotel! These people are thieves.
I have tried to contact them. They have provided the phone number for their customer service. Girl that picked up the phone, I am not sure she really understands english language. After a couple of minutes of me explaining the problem she told me that the phone number I have dialed is not for appropriate area, and she told me that I need to call the different phone number. Then she told me the same phone number that I have just called, the same phone number that she answered.
It feels like the robot responds on e-mails that I have sent them. Responses have no sense. They do not respond to my inquires and my problems. It took 2 days for their responses to start responding to something I have wrote in my inquires. And even then those responses were not helpfull.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely friendly front desk staffs. Clean, neat n comfort for a small hotel. Prices are very reasonable and to nearest MRT walking distance about 10mins. Many varieties of food and fruits around. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

โ โ โ โ โ We managed to book the room here for the very last minute. Even though, Geylang is like Singapore's red light district I found it really quiet, peaceful and had a decent stay here.
Yes it's located on a far way corner of Jl. Molek but we didnt mind. It's still close to nearby bus stop and 10-11 minute walk to Aljuneid MRT Station. Mini market are all available nearby with affordable price compared to minimarket in Orchard and Clarke Quay area.
We got a pretty spacious room, it was quite, air conditioner worked really well too. Bathroom is kinda small but thats ok. there are towels, shower with warm water and we managed to sleep well at night. The internet wi-fi worked really fast too. The receptionist were all kind upon the time we're checking in and checking out. So kudos!
Minus point only there's no elevator/lift so we took the stairs to level 3.

โ โ โ โ โ WORST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED IN !! we arrived in the evening the guy on reception was rude and didnt make us feel welcome at all. When we entered the room it was not ready, we had to put the sheets on the quilt ourselves. The sheets were stained and covered in hair, the shower room was wet as though someone had recently been in it. The room was small the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy because the mattress had a plastic sheet on it. There were no windows, the only positive to this place is good wifi however im sure anywhere in Singapore has good wifi. We asked if we could have a later check out as out flight is this evening and were just told 'no' by the man on reception. Not accomodating at all. When we left we handed in the key and the guy on reception just took from us and didnt say a word. The place is in the red light district so is not a family area and the hotel is dirty and the staff are rude. 0 stars & would never return!!!

โ โ โ โ โ This hotel is minimal, but I found it friendly and safe. The reception was really helpful beyond the typical for a budget hotel. The rooms were very minimal, but mine was perfectly clean. I think a lot of the bad reviews are because it is in a surviving remnant of the old geylang red light district in Singapore, although I didn't mind this. I would stay here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Pleasant stay and helpful staff.
No lift so u have to carry the stuff through stairs.
Clean bedroom and Washroom.
But they should at least provide a water bottle rather than a sealed small glass of water.

โ โ โ โ โ We had a great little stay in this hotel while we visited Singapore. The price was just right for the location which was easy to get to and from the airport and marina bay using the trains. Our room was the perfect size for the two of us and had a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!
