Came here on 21 Jun (Tue) afternoon. The store's display is well done and the clothes are beautiful and high quality. There were at most 1-2 other customers browsing in my time there. I got a black sports hoodie which I love, but I took 2 stars off because of the poor customer service. The hoodie I wanted was all in Size M on the rack so I asked a staff if there was Size S. She checked the online inventory and insisted all 3 sizes were on the rack. She didn't know where the hoodie was displayed (near the cashier) so I showed her where it was and that only size M was available. She asked me to wait while she went to a store room to get Size S. I waited for more than 10 min, when she came back, she just nonchalantly said there was no other size (no 'thank you for waiting' or sorry). I decided to get the Size M hoodie and went to the counter to pay. I wanted to pay by Nets which the younger Malay female staff accepted but then later told me I had to pay by credit card which was strange as she should have known. At this point she suddenly walked off without notice and left me waiting in confusion. Her colleague finally came to settle my payment and stared at my credit card for quite some time (where the numbers were) while she reappeared and nonchalantly walked past as if nothing happened before. I spent at least 30 min in the shop and my entire experience from various sales staff was extreme indifference and a "can't be bothered" attitude, as well as arrogance and a sense of superiority especially from that younger Malay female staff. The clothes are of high quality but pls train your staff to be familiar with the products/payment, update stock inventory and improve customer service.
