One of my favourite nike store in singapore. I prefer to go this store because of its great selection. They have jordan stuffs here too, which is a great plus for me. A definite go-to place whenever I am in jewel. Staffs are friendly too!

great store with loads of stuff. generally knowledgeable staff. but their hard selling and pushing of the nike membership program is VERY off-putting. they approach customers just standing there to ask them to install the app and join their membership program. when i was paying, i was asked 3 times to install the app. when i retorted i will forego the discount because i do not want your app on my phone, i got a resigned look. surely these are not brand values that the company stands for. my wife and I are not big nike fans to begin with... our son will not either. today was last item we will buy from you.

This Nike store situated inside the Changi Jewel is one of the best Nike store in Singapore. This Nike store have two floors. Got nice collection of sneakers. They also have sneakers for kids as well. If you want to avoid the crowd than you can visit on weekdays as it's quite crowded on weekends.

On the 30/1/2022, 7.40 p.m I visited the Nike branch at Jewel. With the intention of purchasing a pair of Jordans for my brother as an early birthday gift. These are a list of problems that I encountered during my Nike Jewel experience. 1.  I would like to raise the fact that there was a large herd of sneaker resellers gathering outside the store. One of which even offered a bribe of $50 if I could queue for a pair of Jordans for him since he claimed that one customer was entitled to one shoe and he already bought his. I denied his bribe and was appalled that such behaviour was occurring directly outside your store. I’m not sure if this is acceptable since your staff did not acknowledge what was going on despite them being in plain sight. 2. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a chaotic crowd of people. Since there weren’t any staff manning the entrance, this created a huge influx of people entering the store making it difficult for the staff to cater to the large amounts of customers. 3. Poor policy making. Without any proper instructions to go about purchasing the shoes, combined with the fact that there were little to no staff making it difficult to raise any enquiries. Furthermore, the ones that were available did not entertain customers. So you can imagine my utter disappointment when I eventually reached the cashier after queuing for 30min and was informed that I had to try for size first before purchasing and couldn’t even do that since the shoes were already sold out. Words can’t express my sorrow as not only did I not get the shoes but had to go through such terrible service due to a lack of policy making, transparency and organisation. I do hope that you guys can do better because I truly do like your products but I find these issues really unacceptable.

A shoe store without shoes?? Just tried to take my son to buy a pair or two. We tried 8 different shoes and had no stock for 11.5. None. Also tried 5 pairs of my size 12. No stock. Terrible selection. I love Nike but could not buy anything.

Enjoyed our shopping experience in the shop. Sale person are super nice and helpful . They even recommended and give opinion when I have dilemma in choosing a shoe color . I think their warm and welcoming staff deserve a higher rating than what was given here . Thumbs up ??

Went back to the store to exchange a Jordan 6 that did not fit properly. I was told that they did not allow any exchanges at all on any Jordan shoes. The sign on the wall made no mention of this, and neither did the receipt. This was not mentioned either when I was buying the shoes, and this was not mentioned when I called the store earlier to clarify their exchange policy. I wouldn’t have bothered to buy the shoes from them if they had been clear that they had such unreasonable return policies upfront. To add insult to injury, the manager was mug when telling me they had to “reject” my request, which I feel was perfectly reasonable and would be allowed by any other Nike store in the world I have ever purchased shoes from. She was clearly gloating that I had been duped. I told them it was not fair to spring a policy like this that was never mentioned upfront, and I will NEVER buy anything from this store again. They couldn’t have cared less. They are a disgrace to the Nike brand. Beware!
