S	Strsales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their shop in ubi today, was looking for boxes to pack my store items the staffs were very friendly in recommending me the size of carton box that I should use. Overall good experience.
4	4th Street SG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some catering tray from them a few times already. Good quality product and they have many different carton boxes in different sizes, always can find all my packing supplies there.

Collect payment via paynow but insist that refund via other means than paynow channel. Overall experience is very bad over a less than $170 transaction. I will no recommend, better to look elsewhere.

I was informed item will get delayed by 1 week after nearly 2 days. I was not able to wait so i asked for full refund. Have emailed and called multiple times. They are refusing to make the refund and making it very very very difficult and time consuming for me. Order 10443 made on August 17. Been chasing them for over a month. Beware of this company before making payment online
j	jay meraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ placed my order online and paid right there and then via paylah. waited for like almost a month, and i kept on calling their office to follow up. until one day, after i called, i was given an invoice telling me that i can finally pick up my orders. but when i dropped by their shop to pick up the items i ordered and paid a month ago, they told me that one of the items in my order RAN OUT of stock! i mean, how could you tell me that my items are ready for pick-up and then you don’t have anything to give me?? their staff told me that the catering companies also bought a lot of the same item i was ordering. but come on! i ordered and paid and waited for too long and then it will be like that?? i emailed the customer service but i did not receive any response! how disappointing!!
