★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served by one one of the worst sales representative I have ever met . She was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional in explaining products and services of print&pack. The attending sales representative came across as someone who was interrogative, aggressive and rude, as opposed to providing good customer sales service.
As a professional in the legal industry, this was very much an insulting experience. Would certainly not recommend.

Zhao Rong is very professional and detailed in what she does, making sure we get the best value for money and recommends most suitable products for our uses.
