I rarely write a bad review but was very disappointing & highly do not recommend this place. Incoherent & untrustworthy with a lot of miscommunication within the staff and company. They don’t know when they’re next course dates are. I’m a Singaporean based abroad and back for two months and looked up all the massage courses in SG. I’ve called Singapore Spa Institutes on the phone on25th Jan & confirmed the dates to sign up for massage course with oil and also called on 11th Feb and confirmed the same response for the exact dates mentioned. I’ve made plans and have changed my flight date to accommodate these dates in anticipation and excitement. When I wanted to pay, Between they closed for 10days for CNY. Understandable. Between that my reply via email finally got a response and they were more confused and did not respond to the course but kept asking me for my phone number. I only have a foreign number which I gave. I called again this morning & Confirmed again the course and took time off to come down. I came at 2pm and the door was locked to only be opened by a lady at 2:15pm after unsurely waiting around. She said the staff will all be back momentarily. The whole office went out for lunch and after a while speaking to the lady they all scurried confusingly and kept referring me to other ladies. To ultimately after much back and forth say that there is no course like this and the ladies that spoke to me on the phone were wrong (both times) and I truly trusted the wrong company - this one. Singapore Spa Institute. The name sounded prestigious but I regret giving up other massage courses in Singapore for this one. They are unprofessional, messy and incoherent. I have been away from Singapore and am appalled at my country’s standards and truly disappointed in Singapore Spa Institute.

Great place to master your skills in the spa and wellness industry. Committed and knowledgeable teachers to handhold us. Well done SSI!

I would appreciate if you dont wait 10 students to open a class. Cause 10 students is totally impossible for hair shampoo / hair dye course. :( I dont think it is right that just 2-3 days before, u inform class is cancelled. I took leave just so i hope to attend the class. Please reduce your number of pax in a class so more people can use skills future credit to learn.
