Extremely pushy for you to buy package. They got 3 people to corner me when I wanted to pay for the service and didn't let me leave even after I rejected them multiple times. During the process the manicurist hurt me multiple times and just said it was because I had too much cuticle or my nails grew weird. The day after my toe still looks red and feels slightly painful. They definitely injured me in the process. Nails look nice buffed and really shiny but that's the only positive thing I can say.

I have enjoyed the services at this place and have a package there as well. I love the massage chairs and that they provide tea and a piece of chocolate for every guest, even if you are there for soak off. The staff are generally friendly and the place and tools look hygienic. What I dislike is their aggressiveness in selling their packages or treatments to you. It has happened to me a few times where at least two persons will be pestering you to get or extend your package. Leaves a distasteful experience.

Can definitely not agree with all these negative ratings here. The pedicurist was friendly and very cautious. Never hurt me, good service. Also little extras like a free tea with a little piece of chocolate and a massage chair. Many colours to choose from. And they were not too pushy either. They did offer me a package (12 basic pedicures for the price of 10), but didn't insist when I rejected. The only thing I found a little annoying was that a lot of additional small things like a base care polish or an extra disinfectant in the bath all cost extra - so in the end you probably never get out with just the basic price they told you in the beginning. Therefore only 4 stars.

Been here for years and thoroughly enjoyed all my medi and pedi services. Staffs here are all professional, delicate, friendly and thorough. Place is clean and comfort at its best!

HORRIBLE, beware of this place! My nails came out nicely but their attitude is another story... they wont let me pay when i refused to buy package and even worse they hold on to my card and corner me and keep pushing for 15 mins at the cashier not just 1-2 but 5 of them! horrible experience. With this kind of staff, i'll just finish my package and never return.

When make the payment, you will face the most terrible experience of the hard sell!! If you don’t get the membership card, they will not proceed the payment progress. And they used a tons of excuses to fraud the customers! Tell me that I can’t used the shopback coupon if I don’t inform them in the beginning when you just enter the store. You just can pay with the original highhhhh price. Horrible, really unscrupulous business!

Very active and fun staffs. Happy to do my pedicure here. There's a lot of procedure they did like cleaning, polishing not just doing the nail polish. Will visit again if there is a chance ??

I have to admit that this place is a lot more expensive than I expected, given the size of the place, the look of the basement floor in Jurong Point, and the location aka Jurong West. It’s $27 for a normal manicure, but there aren’t enough competitors, so I caved. PRICE: As other reviewers said, true enough they push products/upgrades/packages to every customer, and being the kind of person I am, I always feel bad saying no. I did give in to the 6-manis package, which is a “buy 6 get 1 free,” making it $24 each. At first, I thought it’d be worth it because there seem to be SO many colors on the nail color wheels in the basket (see photo), but almost half of them are an extra $10 because they’re special colors? I’m also disappointed because there were a few times—I’ve gone 4 times so far—where I came in with a color in mind, and they don’t have it. Or maybe they do, but it’s one of the bottles on the shelves and they don’t want to use those... (I even chose a light-medium gray today, but initially received a DARK gray. I was like no I want lighter, to which she pulls out a seafoam green?? I was like it’s too green, and finally, she gets a light gray from the shelf.) QUALITY: Pretty good, although even after 10-15 minutes of drying my nails, sometimes an hour later, I will do something and get a dent in the polish. Nails will look good/acceptable for about 5 days. SERVICE: I definitely get what people are saying about the rudeness. When I first arrived, it was crowded and I had no clue most people made appointments, so I tried to work out a walk-in time. The front desk people seemed so impatient. I don’t remember who exactly, but older woman with the glasses is pretty rough. It’s funny because their English is not the best, and they get frustrated with me if I don’t understand them... Everyone else I’ve encountered has been pretty sweet actually. The manicurists never made me experience pain either. Also it’s nice of them to bring our a chocolate and tea for us. I don’t know; it’s a nice touch and I’ve never received that at a salon or spa before. The
