★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy finally have 1 decent indoor playground in the West. Place is not very big so 1-2hours is enough for toddlers to roam around.
Staff particularly Alicia is very friendly and have a very good customer service, she will explain patiently if you have any queries.
Place is sprayed disinfectant quite often and have maximum person to go play inside per time slot so I feel it is safer for the kids to play there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiztopia Jurong Point is an amazing place for the kids. They provide a 1 hour & 2 hours playtime which is a reasonable time for the kids to enjoy their playtime there. There are places for the parents to sit around too. ?? Most of the areas are well-sanitised & it is clean. Quite a number of things for the kids to try out & parents can play together with them too.
Remember to bring your socks along & better for it to be anti-slip. Really recommene this place. They also have a Cafe for parents to buy drinks/snacks. ?
10/10 experience. Phenomenal. Also, great customer service. 100% recommend. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time to Kiztopia @Jurong Point and my kids continue to be in love with the cleanliness and carousel ride. We are always greeted by smiling staff especially Ms Shafawait. She is attentive, observance, efficient, with the kindness of an angel as well. Thank you Ms Shafawati and team for always going above and beyond!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ small but still super, super fun for kids, fun enough for a two hour play! don't think an hour is enough for them to fully enjoy the place. there are many different elements of play. clean, comfy & well maintained. staff are really inviting & very friendly & approachable so that's a plus point!

However my kid is 2.5 years old and of course, being his first time, and relative to his age, this place is a whole lot of fun for him.
Booked the 1 hour session and I guess it was sufficient for my kid to enjoy almost everything the the place has to offer.
The staff are friendly and nice. Definitely will recommend and will come back once in a while for him to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small indoor playground for kids to have fun and be happy. Though I wish the space was bit bigger, they have different settings to experince different interesting activities.
They have playtime packages for 1 hour and 2 hours. BUT I think 1 hour one is just enough given its size.
It has a clean environment and staff are friendly: good customer service. Price is reasonable.
We have to get inside wearing socks. Please bring your socks or else have to buy from them which is quite expensive.
