★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have selected Nippon painting service to paint my house, total price was 3200SGD and paid 200 SGD deposit with complete trust, the person in charge did not complete the job and some item were in spoiled condition, i message him to come over to do the touch up paint & collect the payment after job had completed and also wanted to show him the item which was spoiled condition but he did not show up and ask the office staff to demand the payment, i felt totally cheated and disappointed wanted to made a police report with filing a claim at small claim court.
The office staff demand the payment which they told me that they had completed and handover to me which i did not sign any legal form too, i was totally confused and wanted to seek for legal advise if they are lying to me luckily i am still having the document with me for evident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor response, communication, management of task, customer service and poor punctuality.
After making full payment notice that some parts of my wall was not painted and fedback. They said sending painters back to touch up but no one called or turn up. Job recently done on 12 & 13 Jan 2019. They could have done better as color recommendation is good but poor attitude.

These are the standard of their paint jobs and never came back to finish it at all. Their workers can be late for work but owner cannot be late to open down for their workers to start work.
After receiving payment...no more sound from them anymore, Also, please check that their workers are local , if not, their must have valid Work Permits with them before you even allow them to start work in your office or home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap yes, but Very poor communication and not sincere in getting job properly done.
Think they are too busy getting new business they don't care much about current customers.
1. Didn't specify timeline to submit the colors and as such, delayed the start date.
2. Didn't follow up on jobs missed out and need to be reminded
3. Didn't check if equipment were serviceable before deploying for job.
4. Arrived late and didn't manage to complete on time.
5. Promised to continue to finish job the following working day but workers MIA, didn't turn up.
6. Marble polisher scratched the door frame. Kelvin promised to touch up but didn't follow up.
A headache to deal with. Engage them only if you have the time and energy to chase chase them. We are working adults with limited annual leave, we had to change our schedule with movers etc to accommodate their lapses. A painful experience.
