★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable high tea in nice ambience! The high tea set for 2 pax is really filling and also comes in with 2 drinks for each of us. The portion is too generous and we cannot even finish it at all. Went on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't busy, quite quiet and we love that. I love sushi the most!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a wedding at the ocean ballroom and the experience was really bad.
Firstly, the service crew use her hands to wipe off the spoon surface when I told her to get me a new one as the existing ones had stained ?
The first dish, cold platter was really COLD and taste like it had been cooked for hours ago :(
The ocean ballroom looks more like a room for corporate or office settings rather than for wedding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clarissa was helpful and attentive in the checking in process. Fast and smooth too. Stay was good and comfortable. Room have spectacular city view. Hotel is kids friendly plus there is few big malls in a walking distances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality and service. Nice view from my from, day and night. Had a dinner in their Japanese restraurant and it was wonderful, very authentic. Location wise, it is close to many attractions and connected directly to Marina Square if you want to explore things. Unfortunately i had very short time to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really able to unwind at this hotel. The Pan Pacific hotel was renovated and reopened in Feb 2022.
I strongly recommend the book "lounge club access key room" The lounge club is on the top floor.
The lounge club access key room includes afternoon tea Evening Cocktail and champagne breakfast at the "edge restaurant”.
Finally, the club lounge staff were very friendly and they gave a good service. It was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the pacific club room. Got a call at 1130am to inform me the room was ready. Check in done at the Discovery counter. The furnishing of the room is dated and showing it’s age. However, we are not there for the room but the famous club lounge! The view at the club lounge was spectacular!!! Recommend to sit at the Padang side to watch the sunset while sipping some champagne. The food served at the lounge was great too. Everything was nicely plated and each canapé was exquisitely assembled and tasty. Got to give a shout to Shine and the team of service staff for their top notch service as well. Breakfast was good and the spread decent.

Nice atmosphere, classy decor, comfortable sofas. A large pot of chamomile was $10 served with a small bottle of honey, mocktails less than $20... closed at 11pm though.
Nice place, will return.
