Be careful!! Warranty does not cover some defect which was not mentioned when we bought the bracelet that tarnished only after a few months. So must pay for repair. โ˜น

At first I thought it was just me, but seeing other people give the same review is a clear-cut confirmation of how bad the customer service really is at this Pandora branch in Tampines. Them being on sales, they are expected to be more knowledgeable on how to value customers and should be a lot more accommodating.

The rose gold bracelet I bought for my daughter faded after only a few months, but still within the 1-year warranty. We reported this defect at this outlet but were crudely told that the warranty does not cover reinstatement of such defect and must pay to repair it! We were told that the defect was caused by the bracelet being kept in the box that comes with it, and was not used often. This is ridiculous!! We were NOT told of such things when we bought it. Pandora may deny this posting but we sincerely want costumers to BEWARE of buying such products from this company.

Sarah has spent 11 years in the organisation perfecting bad customer service and being unhelpful. I completely understand that she doesn't control the prices of after care services, but the least she can do is provide more information as to how they would help to fix my bracelet and clean it instead of "I don't know". It was a chore to her to explain the differences in the repair costs and no advice was given as to how to best solve the issue - it was honestly less helpful than speaking to a chat bot. I went there to enquire how to fix my bracelet and buy more charms... but would rather spend on the online store and avoid this kind of service.

Terrible experience. The workers were extremely rude and totally ignored my fiancรฉ and I. They were glaring at us ever since we walked in and proceeded to serve other customers that just walked in while continuing to ignore us. When they came to ask us after ignoring us she said "oh sorry i didnt see you. Are you looking for anything?" After which she just walked away to serve the new customer before i could properly enquire on the item. We walked off after that. Won't be returning to this outlet again. Just for context, we weren't dressed our best with shorts and slippers but what does that have to do with anything if we were actually planning on buying something? They just assumed that we were poor and can't affort PANDORA?? Acting as though they're some luxury jewelry brand when they're barely even mid tier.

Customers service is not good. I think they should keep their customers happy by giving good packing packs for all items. Nevertheless if the items is free after spending $200 dollars and above. Not to be too picky on their pandora boxes. Its Christmas time. Every item is priceless and beautiful.

Was offered 10% discount during birthday month upon signing up for my purchase which I did but due to their system error, I was refused the 10% discount. I was then asked to provide numerous mobile numbers when it was not even a telco issue.

My wife and daughter love the Pandora jewelry designs. Over a year ago, as we were returning back to Singapore from Oman, my wife purchased many bracelets/necklaces from Pandora as stock of gifts for friends and family members upcoming birthdays. The items were packed in the original boxes and gift wrapped by the Pandora staff. The staff informed us that cleaning/polishing was complimentary at any outlet in the world. While we were at the outlet, another customer requested for her bracelet to be cleaned and the staff promptly had them cleaned and polished handed them back in less than 15 minutes. Back in Singapore 6 months after our initial purchase, I had purchased an expensive set of bracelets for my wife's birthday at Pandora Tampines and was informed once again that once a year cleaning/polishing of the bracelet and the trinkets was provided complimentary at any outlet. A few months later, the bracelet had already darkened. As our niece 18th birthday was coming up, we wanted to give her one of Pandora bracelets that we had as a reserve gift. On opening the original packaging, we were surprised to see that the bracelet had darkened although it was gift wrapped and well protected. We decided to open up all the balance Pandora bracelets/necklaces that we had yet to gift out and found all of them darkened. I immediately called up Pandora to check where I could get them cleaned and I was informed that I have to pay for cleaning and was quoted a very high cost for cleaning each item. Not sure if this is Pandora Singapore practice to charge customers for cleaning or a case of false promises to generate sales. I have never experienced jewelry darken/oxidize although well packed and protected. The experience has made me realize that Pandora sells cheap products at very expensive price with false promises. Over the last 2 years, i have purchased over SGD 2000 worth of Pandora products. In hind sight, I now believe the items are not worth even SGD 100. Will never buy Pandora products again. Buyer beware...
