Pandora NEX Serangoon - 23 Serangoon Central

I had a very bad shopping experience at Pandora Nex Serangoon outlet. As July was my birthday month I intended to give myself a gift, wanting to buy a rose gold bangle with a floral padlock charm. But was told by this Muslim lady staff that the 19th-inch rose gold bracelet with the floral padlock is the last piece that they have here. I found that the length of the bracelet was too long and requested for an 18th-inch but was told they ran out of stock. She was helpful enough to help me to search other outlets if it is available at other outlets by using the computer. I noticed that there was 1 piece available at some outlets but she said it could be rejects. Very quickly another Filipino lady staff intruded and showed me the earlier 19th-inch bracelet again. This time she took out an 18th-inch rose gold bracelet without the floral padlock, from a drawer below. When I questioned her " how come now there's an 18th-inch bracelet but was told earlier it ran out of stock??? " She just mumbled that she happened to find it .... full of craps! Her actions annoyed me caused she had this air of arrogance with attitudes liked take it or leave it. She does came across as unfriendly. When I requested for a silver or rose gold polish cloth, she said she will give it to me upon payment. After I made my payment very quickly she made a stamp on the receipt "No Exchange" before explaining to me in details. Though I had made a very quick check on the bracelet, it seemed fine. I truly trusted and believed that Pandora do deliver/ produce good craftsmanship for their charms, bracelets, ...etc. When I got home to check my bracelet, I found that the floral padlock had a flaw, ... the centre piece pink stone has air bubbles n impurities on it. This was only noticable if it was scrutinised closely. What made me mad also I was only given an ordinary piece of cloth to wipe stains instead of a polish-cloth for silver or rose gold. I felt so cheated and belittled by this Filipino lady staff from Pandora Nex outlet. I think what I got was a rejected bracelet with floral padlock, as there was a flaw with impurities and air bubbles on the stone. She should not have sold it to me knowing that it was a reject. That's very unprofessional of her. I should have been told and given a choice as to buy or reject it. Not unless Pandora is selling seconds at a discounted price!!! ? After this bad shopping experience at Nex I will never buy anything from this outlet. Staffs of Pandora should be given proper trainings and screened. We as customers should not tolerate bad service regardless of where we shop be it in town or in the heartland malls. Sorry to say Pandora, bucket up or your image is tarnished ....( no matter how many silver polish cloths are used ) ... because of a few black sheeps are not doing the right things in the service industry.

Extremely poor experience with the outlet today. One of the staff, Aikol was not helpful and had a bias demeanor as soon as I approached her for assistance. When I approached her fellow colleague who was kind enough to assist, she redirected her colleague to another customer as her colleague was about to assist. Shame on you, Pandora! I really hope the management look into this. How could you have your staff make your customers feel this way especially blatantly outright. This is referring to the outlet at Nex Mall.

This store is one of the brighter (well lit) branches, which makes it really great for viewing the products. Enquired quite a bit and left without buying, but staff Rayland was awfully nice about it. Went back a few days later to buy. One of his 2 other colleagues was hostile and aloof though. She might be the one the rest are referring to. Otherwise, I’ld recommend this store!

If you are unsure about which outlet to go to due to all the ratings issues pandora has, look no further than the nex outlet. The Malay lady with short hair and the young Chinese girl who helped was so nice, when we walked in we did not feel pressured or felt looked down on and I also saw that they were this polite with the other customers as well. This will definitely be the outlet I will stay with and to check out. ??
