When i entered the store, she shouted across the store, telling me they offer straight cut without layering. It’s a $10 haircut, i’m not expecting a salon-style cut. Who is she to assume what haircut I’m looking for and was there a need to shout? Straightaway assumed what I wanted and not even my hairstylist. Imagine what her attitude would be if she was cutting my hair. Those looking to get their haircut there please steer away from Kaye Shing as she provides terrible service.

Only after queuing up and getting the ticket did I know that I was at the back of the queue. Saw my number but missed it as they didn’t wait very long before calling the next number and I was pushed to the back of the queue and had to wait for another 3 person before I am able to get back into the queue. The staff were not very helpful with the process either, had to wait about 40mins before I was able to cut.

There's a good number system so it's easy to keep track of your turn - you may even plan your wait around buying a quick snack or toilet break Be wary, may be very popular on weekends so anticipate longer wait on weekends and public holidays

I appreciate hair stylists like Jeff Low who could skillfully trim my hair efficiently and still pay great attention to details. I hope that they can maintain this high level of standards over time!
