Good Service with sound and honest opinion from Assistant Manager and all Staffs including Siti who has welcome me with her warm and beautiful smile that attended to me personally. Many thanks for the assistance in selecting the charms.
Good to have a least a Male staff in the boutique that will provide an opinion from a guy's point of view, Yap was really helpful funny and bubbly despite the fact that he is just a Trainee.
Charms are well organized with Marilyn, Assistant Manager's initiative which is time saving when comes to picking out new charms for customer and during stock take/inventory.
* Kindly look into your listing because when it comes to checking in on location there is no Pandora @ Parkway Parade, be it on Instagram or Facebook

This location used to be for parkway parade which housed this establishment, hence the good reviews left for the mall and the pictures of different shops in it. However by some way or some form it has since been renamed into the Pandora Store.
Ultimately it is an OK place for real or imitation jewelry, for gifts or treats, but nothing deserving of a high score like the ratings suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. 2 young girls with no notion of sales and customer service and totally not interested to serve. The entire short 15 mins I was in the shop, was reluctant in showing me the pieces of jewellery. Despite me paying for 2 bracelets, and was keen to look for a third one, one was still reluctant to show me the piece I asked for, saying it was similar to the one I saw earlier! Entire time, like the customer owed them money!
