★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a failure for erecting a fishing deck here, water too shallow and hardly can see any fish here. May PUB do a better job in research and construct a better fishing deck at relevant location that can serve the fishing purpose?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all intents & purposes by the relevant authorities, erecting a fishing deck here is a fail in my books. The environment does not feel conducive to fishing even for the casual person/family who might "dabble" in fishing. The deck is a good 10m above the water surface. Even conventional rods (eg up to 2.7m) won't get the cast too far from the deck. If you manage to hook a fish landing in, from that height, would pose a challenge, unless the fishes are just a few tens of grams.
