Excellent service with great value. I scratched my car door, they gave me a thorough break down on what they intended to do and advised me on the most appropriate method in restoring my car.Their service was quick and the end result was executed really well with lots of attention to detail. Very minor scratches that were unrelated prior to the car scratched were also removed. Very professional and reasonable value as well. Highly recommended.

I came to this workshop after learning from a friend having his BMW 535's gear box overhauled for merely $3,000. This seems like a very competitive rate and the car performed like it should be after the repair. Sent in my A6 that I felt that it has gear box problem or possibly failure. Mr Pang took it for a drive and gave the verdict as below: 1. Gear box is not perfect but should be able to last till the last day before scraping. 2. Gear box overhaul is a very extensive exercise and very costly. He advised against 3. If I am very unhappy with the problem, it is more financially feasible that I just scrap the old car and buy another one. He went on to advise a series of the most economical cars to maintain as well as a list to avoid. Spent more than an hour there and he said the service was complementary. I visit him again especially on gearbox issue for my next ride.

I cannot speak for all but this is only based on my own account on my experience with this workshop. First, the workshop failed to established good communication. I booked for an appointment in advance a week ago and was asked to go back because they do not have enough car jack around to change my gearbox oil. Oh well, since this workshop is recommended by my friend I book again on the next day. I had specifically identified it was a major servicing for my car and message was acknowledged by the workshop. Long story short, the workshop doesn’t call me when the car is ready for collection and kept me waiting for nothing. Secondly to my horror, the coolant was not flushed and replaced. His explanation was existing coolant was not original hence he is not able to flush the coolant. I check with several workshop before and all said flushing is possible. He did not even bother to call me up and explain until I went down to collect the car… what service is that? Thirdly, the labour charges was a staggering $180 for major servicing. Mind you, I bought all my parts EO, filters, spark plugs etc and get a ripped off by this workshop. The only good thing about this workshop is they are attentive to troubleshooting should you have an issue with your car…. Anyway all workshop will do the same to earn $$$.. I will not recommend anyone to patronize this workshop unless you would not mind paying high labour charges. I will never visit this workshop for servicing and definitely in my blacklist book.

As a new dealer, I want to sell my car in good condition. I had 1 potential buyer bringing my car for pre-purchase inspection (another workshop, not Pang & Tan) but the car got slammed till it's worthless, saying there's a lot of leaks everywhere. I asked the mechanic how much for repair. He said $1k+ (only $1k+ for a BMW for A LOT of leaks?) but they ignored my conversation via face to face & whatsapp when I asked for an appointment to fix the car. I got a contact from my friend about Pang & Tan and went here today wanting to fix the "a lot of leaks". The mechanic checked the engine bay & jacked up the whole car to check under carriage. No oil leak at all! There's suddenly liquid drippings in the middle but it's just water from air con. Since there's nothing to be fixed, I asked him to check my fog light and so he changed both LED to normal bulbs. I was charged at very reasonable price for parts + labour & pleased with the type of mechanic's working method.
