★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady owner was understanding and professional in her service. This shop is notibly behind time and uses older machines to operate. However, they reside in a older estate and make the best use of what they have. They printed extremely fast in bulk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this shop really charges alot. There was once i wanted to print in Colour and one piece was more then $1. That is also fine for me.
But today, I wanted to scan two ICs. And the sales person was saying one IC will be $4. Hopefully they will reflect on the pricings
Even though i live near gek poh, i rather travel to jurong point to print. Just an updated, I went to a shop at Jurong point to scan and it only cost me $1.60 per IC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to take passport photo today and requested soft-copy only. The quality is very bad, (file given with size 168KB). Passport size photo taken at Jurong Point with the same price will provide file size of more than 3MB.
Call them to ask why photo so lousy and they said if photo not accepted for passport renewal application it is not their problem. My advise to everyone is not to go there for photograph. Don't even worth 1 star rating.

10 4R express photos cost $1 per piece.
I have came across shops that charges $0.4 - $0.6 per piece..
It's sad to tell yourself that you should not patronise your childhood store because they have changed over time no longer somewhere you want to spend money at.
Definitely the last place I will go to for any photo printing services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure why there are so many other negative ratings. I visited this shop to print documents some time last year, the lady was helpful and helped me print out my documents. The pricing was okay, and is definitely cheaper if you print out more pages. Compared to 50cents per page charged at other shops, the price here was a lot lower at around 20 cents I think, I cannot remember the exact price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend. Owner is quite hostile and outdated. Print in the wrong settings still tried to blame my mum for not telling her in the first place when my mum already showed her sample beforehand. End up print wrong again and not even apologetic or attempt to reprint at no additional charge. Seems like she doesn't know how to adjust simple settings. And it's really expensive. Few years back even attempted to collect another $5 payment for binding from me when I already paid $5 beforehand. Print wrongly is OK, forgetful is OK, problem is the attitude. Extremely bad service. Go jurong point print cheaper and staff more helpful.
