Parcel Santa Got Lost and The Grinch Took Over! Warning To All VPost Customers Living In Condominiums SingPost subcontracts delivery service to Parcel Santa for parcels going to condominiums. Unlike DHL or Fedex, SingPost claims that you cannot opt out of having your parcel delivered by Parcel Santa as they do not have the ability to segregate parcels at their sorting hub. This wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that Parcel Santa's delivery team does not deposit my parcels in the locker, instead they ring my doorbell at 10-11ish at night which seems to be the only time they deliver. When you try asking them to deliver at a more reasonable hour like 6pm, they tell you it is not possible. When you request to speak to a customer service manager, you are told "the manager may not call you back as it depends on what the issue is" i.e. if they think your issue is not a big deal, they won't bother calling you. They obviously have a very different definition of what customer service is. Shame on SingPost too for obliging their hapless customers to accept tardy and unprofessional service by their subcontractor and not bothering to offer a practical resolution apart from asking you to collect your parcels yourself (even if it's bulky and heavy) at the post office if you do not wish to be woken up late at night. This is despite charging you in full for (partially rendered) delivery service. Looks like Santa got lost and the Grinch took over his delivery route. Bah humbug!

I used to drive to SingPost to collect my online deliveries. Thanks to Parcel Santa, I now just have to go to my condo lobby for collection. Great convenience! Great services!

First time using the lockers at my condo. Simple and user friendly. Good amenity to have as it’s always a hassle asking our security guard to help me sign off my parcel when I’m out. However pls look into having lockers in every blk so that I do not have to walk to another blk to retrieve my Parcel. Thank you.

Totally suboptimal service, Fedex should distance themselves from this operator to stop hurting their own brand. We ordered a package to be delivered to our property, not to some useless Parcel Santa box that won't open. Avoid ordering goods from any firm that uses this delivery solution.

Very useful service! Helps me to ensure my parcels are safe if i'm not home and can collect anytime. No stress! Only suggestion is could have a longer collection time but thats just my picky thoughts. Thumbs up!

Have used Parcel Santa's service numerous times to pick up my parcels, it is always a hassle free and smooth process! Parcels are always deposited speedily too! Storing my parcel in the lockers is definitely much better than simply leaving it at my doorstep (prevents theft) and also in these Pandemic times i would much rather have contactless delivery just to err on the side of caution. They even will send reminders so you will not forget to pick up your parcel, so thoughtful! Customer Service is friendly and fast with resolving issues. All in all a very good and efficient service. Highly recommended!

The best amenity in my condo for sure! Having Parcel Santa in my condo lets me to pick up my parcels from the lockers at my convenience. It's safe, secure and so easy to use + Saves me the hassle and headache of redelivery ?
