โ โ โ โ โ What a terrible experience will never recommend to anyone. Their admissions department is terrible. They did not submit letter of guarantee on time to the insurance company before scheduled discharge and demanded FULL PAYMENT from my own pocket to discharge me. Mind you the bill is was 57k. I was not allowed to leave until i had made full payment from my end. Also conveniently they had technical issues post my discharge and waited another 2-3 weeks before filing insurance claim to the insurance company. Also i had specifically asked to charge my corporate insurance first before charging the rest to my personal insurance which they promised upon my discharge but they didnโt follow through with this. Extremely disorganised with different staff members telling different things. Please save your time and money and just visit public hospital instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Set aside the hospital in terms of medical ... The place is very crowded.
The carpark is very small. So during peak hours getting a parking lot is impossible. There is valet but I wonder where they park. You ca. Park near the private housing but it's a good 5-10min walk. Not complaining but it's important for someone that might need mobility aids or difficult walking etc.
Staff are good and friendly.

Thanks Rubiah from F&B too for delivery my food.
The food was great with different varieties.
Only down side is the hot water turns on very slowly. By the time I finish bathing then the hot water came.
Perhaps, My room is very near to the counter, hence it can be quite noise at times.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here & manage to have a good rest & recovered.

โ โ โ โ โ My wife delivered all our 4 children here in Parkway East and we are glad to say that the service here never fails to impress us. All the midwives that has been assisting our gynae throughout the years hav been amazing. From their service, we can tell that they are very experienced and indeed my wife's experience birthing all our children Parkway East have been smooth.
For food wise, Parkway East provide varieties of food, even confinement food which we find it very impressive and delicious. My wife really enjoyed the food here.
The nurses that has been taking care of my wife showed impeccable service. They are all patient and helpful. Thank you Parkway East for the wonderful service throughout these years.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great stay at Parkway East Hospital. The food is amazing, not your typical hospital food for sure, felt like first class airplane food. Butlers and service staff are all very professional and friendly, except registration staff could be abit more patient and polite.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to commend on your staff Rubiah from F&B. She is a very responsible and dedicated staff. As my appetite is not good after the appendicitis operation, she even suggested making me other types of food as I could not really eat the main food Iโve ordered. A very caring staff. She has made my stay at Parkway East very comfortable while recuperating from the op. Great service.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to the A&E on a Wednesday evening after fracturing my wrist. Zero waiting time as the nurse promptly checked my vitals and attended to my wounds with full empathy. All the staff at the A&E were courteous, professional and even shared their own experience which comforted me.
I was referred to Dr Andrew Yam (hand specialist) who performed surgery on my hand. He is very calm, patient and reassuring, definitely highly recommended. The nurses at the ward and even the operating theatre (who took time to introduce themselves) were very friendly and made me feel at ease instantly. Thank you to the entire team at Parkway East for making my first hospital admission a pleasant one!

โ โ โ โ โ What is going in with this hospital? I went to see a Dr today and it seem to that this hospital does everything to NOT attract patients. The glass looks like it has not been cleaned for some time. The confortable seats in the patients waiting area has been replaced with a very uncomfortable bench seat and the air conditioning is so cold I wanted to leave. However the air con for the registration staff was quite confortable. This is suppose to be a private hospital but I've been in better government / public hospitals.
