No doubt a good place with many options. Bring cash along!

These 3 shops are one-stop shops with many toys, gifts, stationery, party novelties and helium balloons. Many of these items are not easily available in many shops in other areas. Furthermore, the prices are reasonable and have bulk discounts. ?

Bought all I needed for my kids birthdays and still had some leftover party favors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are quite nice but the quality is bad. I purposely choose to buy a more expensive ballons and also checked the quality with lady but it turn out to be worse than 10cents balloons. What can I do now? I'm home and can't prepare my party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stuff are quite pricey, if you look at the quality of the products. Products seem old and cheap, barely used a few items I bought and already broke :/ Regret buying from here, as Daiso for example sells many similar products with half the price.
