★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you park here. Though using e gantry, hdb enforcement visits diligently, even will fine you for parking slightly outside the lot, even if you are not causing obstruction. It's annoying even if appeals are considered. Hence, visitors may want to take care to park in white lots. Sheltered walkway is under hdb reno in the meantime, without alternate means for wheelchair access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grew to love this place. It's so near the mrt. So near the mall. Near the bus interchange. Don't even need condo facilities because it's next to the sports center. The gym and swimming pool is only $2 to $3 per entry. And you can also book futsal court, tennis court, badminton, table tennis and other fitness classes. Right next to fishing pond for those that love the sport. Those with kids will appreciate the nearby parks and beaches. There's a horse stable nearby and a fish farm nearby - free entry. The kids will love downtown east also. We often go jewel and changi airport because they are not far away. What's not to love?
