The mala can be better. Other dishes taste better than the mala Hotpot. Also comparing others... The mala Hotpot here is a little pricier.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Waited 1 hour and my 2 dish takeaway order wasn't even done. Staff showed no sign of wanting to find my order to push it forward at the 40min mark. Didn't see them starting to prepare my food even after I told them it's been 40mins. Didn't say sorry, didn't say how long more to wait. And this is not an isolated event, last few times it also took 20mins minimum. I cancelled order and left.

Ordered from food delivery app. It’s not bad, average taste wise. Spicy level is good. Sadly, they missed out one of the meat ingredients :( it was in the receipt but not in the box.

Just ordered for the first time considering I live so close to the place. Got the dry version worrying it might be a tad too try but was perfect. Also loved the spice here. It’s got a nice kick without making you feel like you’re burning your mouth. Recommend people to give it a try especially if you’re in the mood for some comfort spicy food at night.

We ordered online via the QR code on the table at 345 and they didn’t see the order at all until 358… and only then they started to cook. It’s online order for a reason and we waited so long thinking they’re already cooking for us, + we also paid. And during the period of 3:45 to 3:58, they were just idling and chatting and didnt even bother to check.

Ordered the zhong la version and it was quite spicy compared to other popular mala xg chains. The ingredients were not weighed so I think it can be unfair to some customers. But we were lucky that the auntie was really generous and we had happy tummy with affordable price. The la flavour is really strong and quite lacking in the ma flavour

One of the better mala stores and my regular shop, but it very much depends on ur luck. The taste is not consistent cos it depends on the cook, so its rlly hit or miss. When its good, its really good. When its bad, its either too salty, oily or bland. The level of spiciness differs as well.. sometimes small is tasteless, but when u order medium its like crazy spicy (fyi, i am a super spicy eater but not going for dala becos idw to camp in the toilet). Still, overall its good and i dont rlly have photos of my every meal here, so just uploading the grilled fish! Its really good btw, $25 for a very meaty fish + 4 free vegetables.

Delicious mala! Not salty and oily. Just the right amount of spice. Wide selection of veg and meat. The price is count by items not weight , so really worth it. Will definitely come again!
