Dr Ho is one of the kindest doctors i’ve met! Receptionist remembers and calls patients by name, which is great customer service! Not a long wait, and affordable consultation. Recommended ?

Dr Ho is a caring and responsible doctor who takes good care of his patients. Brought my son for minor surgery to remove a cyst growth and Dr Ho personally monitored and follow up closely on the post surgery recovery. Never expect specialised treatment at a neighbourhood clinic offering affordable and reasonable charges. Highly recommended.

Been here a couple of times. Dr Ho is great really. The counter lady who attended to us today, 28 Jan 22 at around 12.30 pm, not so much. I called in the am asking if I need to come down for another PCR since ART C+ today (earlier ART & PCR tested negative on 22 Jan 22 in Pinnacle too). She asked to come in. I was not feeling well and wanted to confirm the operating hours before coming. So I called again. No one seems to answer the phone at all from 10 plus am to 12 plus pm. Instead, ringtone just died after awhile. When we reached the clinic, there were only 2 other patients. The counter also informed that Dr Ho was on medical leave and about the only one who can do PCR. The attending doc today cannot do so. She also claimed to have been busy and informed us that there were many patients earlier on. Hence, did not pick up the phone. She referred me to go to polyclinic instead. It would have made a lot of difference if the calls were answered as I was having chest pain at the time. Certainly not patient-centric at all. No matter how busy, there were two staffs behind the counter. The call should have been answered so that patients don't make unnecessary or wasted trip especially in this condition. Something the clinic should address, please.

20/12/2021 Today I came to Pinnacle Family Clinic for my first dose of Sinovac vaccine after making registration thru MOH vaccine.gov.sg yesterday afternoon. Surprised to have slots available for today. Yes, its my First dose. I chose Pinnacle after reading reviews from here, and also its near my house. The clinic is quite spacious compared to others. The 2 front desk ladies is helpful and polite. Thank you ! Dr Ho is a friendly guy. He is surprise that someone is taking his first dose at this time. I also told him I am afraid of the needle that's why I didn't take the vaccine earlier. So before he inject, he asked me am I ready ? I said yes, and he did the injection. No pain at all. Don't feel the needle going in at all. Thank you Dr Ho ! 10/05/22 Note:. This clinic do not carry Sinovac anymore. I have to go to Little Cross clinic to get my 3rd Sinovac jab.

Brought my child here and we reached here at 12.25pm Friday. The counter staff said is closed. But it clearly stated the opening hours is 9am to 1pm. Reason being a lot of patients and it will overrun. I would strongly suggest that if you want to close sharply at 1pm please do not stated opening hours is untill 1pm.

I went there at 11am and the lady at the counter ask me what happened to me. I said I have fever and sore throat. However the moment I mentioned that I tested C+ at home, she suddenly said they are closed for registration when it clearly stated that they closed at 12pm. I just walked away not wanting to cause a scene. What kind of medical profession ethics is this! If scare then don’t go into this line.

My niece's helper went for the 6mth checkup on 27 Jun at about 7.15pm and had the worst experience with the young doc. Firstly, he complaint and told her not to come on Mon as it’s busy day. He was unable to draw her blood on on her left arm and kept grumbling. He was only able to draw blood on his third attempt. My helper asked for allergic medicine and he told her the medicine is very expensive and refused to give her. He even suggested for her to take “your boss medicine”!

Our first visit to Pinnacle Family clinic. Both ladies at the reception counter were polite and helpful. It was great for hubby n I as they open till 9pm (3x a week) and we needed to see a doctor urgently. They are very busy at this testing time. I understand why they could not pick up calls. Once you are there, the staff actually answered our queries quickly and processed our registrations swiftly. Reasonable waiting time and ample space for every patients to feel comfortable to wait in there. Dr Ho is kind, patience, knowledgeable and emphatetic. Really one of the nicest we have met in Singapore and easy to talk to. Charges is reasonable too. Totally recommended.
