★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unfortunate incident happened at Lot 1 regarding a customer however Mark from Pastamania Lot 1 was extremely swift to help out. He was very calm & composed despite the stressing situation.
Great overall service & food of course.
Mark & the lady who ran to get management (didn’t get her name, sorry) deserve the greatest applause!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sad. I have been a loyal customer at Pastamania Lot One for YEARS. Today, I ordered my usual Aglio Olio & Honey Garlic Chicken set from GrabFood. It tasted good, until I felt something foreign on my tongue. I used my finger to pick it out of my mouth, and found that some sort of metallic cleaning equipment was in my chicken. I am disappointed. ?

Staff Marco is very courteous, helpful and informative.
Highly recommended this branch at Lot 1, level 3 if you're looking forward to a great service ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food doesn’t live up to its price, taste and pasta not much difference than cooking at home with Prego sauce. The cream sauce is bland, I have to put a lot of chilli flakes for flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really feel at home the moment i stepped into Pastamania @ Lot 1. Was attended by a malay boy named Hamiru at the entrance with a warm welcome? After settling down ...Mr Marco, the manager attentively came forward to ask for my needs? Gladly provided some extra dips for our sharing platter. The whole visit is really pleasing and satisfying. Great effort & keep it going??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??? OK, not the best Spaghetti abs pizza but overall still not too bad. The Carbona not thick like those Italian restaurants but nevertheless still ok for that price. The Garlic Chicken the oil seen a bit recycle too long but yet it seem okay to eat. Overall average ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was honestly quite taken aback by the honey chicken and cheese sticks! They were fabulous! Not what I was expecting from pastamania ? chicken was crispy despite the honey and cheese sticks were hot and creamy! Yums! Apple crumble can defo be better pasta is average
