โ โ โ โ โ Service here is terrible, first (because of the sign 'please wait outside to be seated') I waited more than 5 mins, the staffs ignored you all the time, it's a weekday evening already past dinner time (I'm literally the only customer in the shop), I still have to wait 30 mins for my pasta to arrive. (I think the reason is they seemed to prioritize food delivery and turns out they missed my order) if you want to have pasta or pizza I would suggest going to saizeriya (for non halal) also located around the mall, food quality wise is almost the same or slightly lower as pastamania but at there they provide better service and food at lower cost

โ โ โ โ โ Had an excellent experience dining here, they were really friendly and flexible in dealing with their customer!
The manager and staffs were kind enough to offer me two sides just because I changed my mind and wanted to switch orders. For that, I am extremely grateful and pleased with the entire meal, tasted really delicious too! Would definitely drop by when i am free soon :)

โ โ โ โ โ Bought for dine in purchase banana dessert pizza. But the manager have to cancel my dessert, as the manager told me that they run out of bananas. What a dishonest excuse. At the start of my order with my creamy chicken, the chinese lady manager take my order with the banana pizza. Should say when i order, they run out of bananas. They just drove customers away. Chef was just focusing on cooking pasta. Rather than pizzas. Service wise and cooking were not up to standards.

โ โ โ โ โ These are not meatballs in my pasta. I used to order this dish years ago and they were normal meatballs. Now, they are using Asian style meatballs (the ones that are like bakso/hotpot meatballs) and these were so extra-hard and tasteless, it felt like chewing rubber. I'm not sure why anyone would find this acceptable. That's not an honest way to turn a profit.
(P.S Btw I did contact them via email as they suggested below but did not receive any reply. The insincerity is staggering)

โ โ โ โ โ very irresponsible staff. I have ordered "Honey Garlic Chicken". They have sent me chicken "WITHOUT" Honey Garlic sauce. Just plain chicken. very dry to eat.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best pasta mania Iโve ever tasted! I ordered the prawn aglio olio linguine which was cooked in perfection! And for the paprika chicken wings, they were so tasty and well done! Keep up the good work and we will definitely come again! Cheers to the chefs and staff that were working on the 24/10/21 @ 2pm. POWERRRRR!

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible, super slow service. Stand at the entrance and the staff all pretend not to see. Aglio olio dry like fried rice, I think the chef need to go back for training.
