★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that family of 3 need to split tables 2 +1. But why they want to put us 2 on one table and my wife all the way the other corner of the shop when clearly no one next to us? Seriously this will be the last time I come. After telling them they just ignore me. But my wife already ordered. If not I will have left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't deny that I really like the food here hence I'm giving a 3 stars but something needs to be done with the staffs attitude. No knowledge about the same household dine in law, they force me to sit 3metres (yes 3metres! that's like 5 tables apart!!!) from my wife and baby when the restaurant capacity is 90% empty despite telling them we are from the same household!! While they happily sit 2 groups of stranger on a side by side table.
When I ask the lady staff what's the logic behind same household having to sit so far apart but strangers can sit so close, she have the audacity to raise her volume at me. We end up leaving without eating on this particular day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite family restaurants, definitely value for money, i am a family of six. Starters, main courses & even desserts for everyone will come to about only $100. Food is ok, no complains, service however could be improved. Overall pleasant experience everytime i am there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is inexpensive and has very simple decor. Considering the prices its not more than your humble food next door. Nothing to rave about.
The restaurant is crowded during peak hours, with a queue to boot which kinda reduces the ambience factor drastically.
The queue moves fairly quickly and I attribute this to the Restatement SOP that ensures staff quickly usher you to your seats, take your order and serve you your meal pretty quickly. It's again a Fast In Fast Out restaurant experience.
Staff were just doing their job, not exactly friendly but would attend to your requests. Water though is not available at this restaurant, not even at a price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it is for other outlets, you cannot demand decent service standards from their staff.
Maybe there is no service charge imposed on dining-in, service levels at all outlets belonging to this chain is generally below par.
If you are willing to look beyond service and just want to have a reasonable priced restaurant setting for your meals, then Saizeriya is the place to go.
Mind you, while the price is wallet friendly, portions have been shrinking!!
