Was told that the package I ordered was not available in the colour I ordered and was emailed. Asked if it was possible to select another colour and have not received any updates ever since from the salesperson Terry. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for an update from the online store. Have sent 3 follow up emails and have yet to receive a reply.

I recently purchased my M35 Camera on Pastlane through Shopee. As a first time film camera user, i found out from my friends that M35 is a good REUSABLE film camera for beginners thus buying it from pastlane. I managed to load a roll of film into the camera and manage to develop successfully. However, when i tried to load a new roll of film the camera roller DOES NOT EVEN CATCH THE NEW FILM. Contacted them on whatsapp the first time with videos of proof that my camera is not catching the film, they ask if i load my film correctly. I said i loaded it correctly and they just replied me "If cannot roll means it is faulty" and afterwards stating "We provide 1 month warranty only, manufacturer have no warranty". To confirm that my camera was faulty; the lady at Triple D kindly help me to check and said that it is the camera that is faulty that's why it did not catch the film. It has only be slightly over one month since i purchased it. How do you expect me to finish one whole roll of film within that one month and know that the camera is spoilt or even open up the camera while using to check that my camera is working fine. I have wasted one roll of film because of the faulty camera. Having to pay $27.90 for a ONE TIME USE for a REUSABLE camera and wasting a new one roll of kodak film which cost over $40. If it was this case, you could have just spend on two disposable camera ??‍♀️ Contacted them again on their whatsapp and just received a BLUETICK. I hope to receive a reply from them FYI, if anybody wants to purchase a reusable camera from them there is only 1 month warranty and don't expect any decent after-sales service.
