Definitely the worst Executive Health Screening I have ever been! It’s cattle class with super run down amenities & ambiance. No clear system, stations assigned manually by staff. Worse still both genders are corralled in one waiting area in our robes with no privacy! Worse yet, there is no pick up for phone numbers listed & provided. Best to be avoided.

Counter staff (Chinese lady) bad and poor service attitude . I was shocked the way she spoke to us and an old man. This lady don't have the patience to listen to us as well respond to our queries in a very rude way . Raise the voice and don't give respect to elderly. Why putting someone in the front counter who don't have customer service attitude ?

Incredibly long wait at this clinic every time I am there. Waiting time at least 1 hour. Small seating space. Clinic hidden at a corner of the Arcade. The only good thing is Dr Christine has a good attitude and solves my medical problem. Prepare for a long wait if you choose this clinic

Terrible service. DO NOT take your pre departure PCR test at this clinic. They promised to send you your test within 24 hours but its been 24 hours and I have yet to receive mine. They refuse to answer the phone or do anything to help. I have to go down and ask for my test results and they still tell me they will only send it to me after 12pm which is UNACCEPTABLE! I took my test at 845am the previous day. What does after 12pm mean? Why is it more than 24 hours? How am I going to get my test printed in time for my flight? Do they expect me to sit around waiting for the test results and be able to find a printer last minute. Most of us do not even have printers at home nowadays. As of me typing this review, I have yet to receive my test results still.

The service was good and female doctor is gentle but the service after is terrible. Health report not yet received after 2 weeks and no one picks up the calls. I called 2 numbers, 65079710 on the receipt and 65079706 given by the 19th floor clinic but both calls to both numbers went unanswered. Highly not recommended, what's the use of doing a health check if u don't get your report back?

Didn’t have high expectations since I read the reviews prior to my visit, but I was pleasantly surprised by the good service I received. Special thanks to Dr Liew for being so kind and friendly! The vaccinations she provided was painless as well. The waiting time was reasonable, ~15 min or so per station, and there weren’t many people at 11am. The whole screening took around 1.5 hours, which was really reasonable.

First time visit to the clinic for vaccination. Luckily I visited early as I was a bit lost about the address as the google address #18-01 is their health-screening center and the GP clinic is actually one floor above at #19-01, for their consultation and vaccination. When I was booking, this is the only Parkway Shenton clinic that offers the vaccination slot within a week and the poor reviews online made me a bit hesitant to visit. But the experience wow-ed me as the staffs and doctor are all very friendly and patient. There is also a very scenic view of the MBS. Despite there was a crowd when I arrived, it was cleared very fast as well. The doctor that did my vaccination was Dr Jason Yap. He is very experienced and extremely patient with me. I can feel he is genuinely concerned about my health. If I’m working at Raffles Place next time, this is definitely the clinic I will visit. P.S. Hopefully the management might consider a friendly tip in the booking for directions of this clinic. ie. If you was coming by public transport: the lift is actually on the 2nd floor and you have to take the escalator up from the main entrance.

You need to go up L2 of Arcade building at Raffles Place, then take the office lift to Level 19. Came here for Executive Health Screening (sign says turn right after you reach via the lift). You first register at the counter, and then get seated before a nurse calls your name. You are then updated with the checks you will be going through at the reception/counter. You then get briefed right outside the toilet and get tasked to collect your stool or urine samples. There is a locker for you to lock up your valuables and bag. Once done you get seated again, until another nurse calls you. First improvement point: Felt that staff or nurses could take note of patients' privacy more. Was doing treadmill test but door wasn't properly shut, and outside was a walkway with people walking past. Not that I mind since I'm a guy, but still.. Second improvement point: A periodic update in terms of the progress of your checkup would be good. I always get confused on what is pending or what I have done. Third improvement point: Although nurses try to allocate you to available stations, what can be done better was to perhaps clear newly registered patients first, for tests that require fasting, so that they could start having breakfast first. Might not be easy, but staggering the tests between patients would be a good idea. Doctor was friendly and patient, though I didn't get his name. I like the free sandwich given though! You get a cute token coin to insert into the vending machine and get to choose which sandwich you want. There's also a pantry inside that you can help yourself to once your fasting related tests are completed. Overall still a nice place to do your check-up.
