★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, the cupcakes taste nice!
But I was disappointed with two things:
1. Their tarts - They donot allow you to choose specific tarts, and you can only buy the assorted pack of 4, atleast thats what I was told; and of course you can guess I liked only one of the variety in the pack!
2. Their pricing - Although not luxurious, but their pricing isnt competitive. To be honest I have had better cupcakes at half the price @ Whips

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible WhatsApp service. Received cupcakes from a someone but they did not state the sender so reached out via their WhatsApp service. Immediate response to take my order but when I asked a question, I received zero response. Will never patronise this brand again because of their lack of customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant for both my eyes and my tongue. The cupcakes were moist and the frosting was not overly sweet. Try red velvet, chocolate with yummy marshmallow and the blackberry. The cupcake stands were everywhere so it wouldn’t be hard to find one. We bought the cupcakes during promotion (6 cupcakes for $12) so it was really worth the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the moment, the One Raffles Place outlet is one of three Twelve Cupcakes outlets selling their new creation- tarts! Rather pricey at $4 each but I love the tart base and how the Chocolate Salted Caramel oozes out after you take a bite. There are six flavours available like Mixed Fruits, Chocolate Earl Grey, Apple Crumble, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here this afternoon. Coming from indonesia and this is my first time. The tiramisu, red velvet, and choc mousse is very recommended. Good price also. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely will come back again. Must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a birthday cake from the one raffles quay outlet and told I would be picking it up on way back from office. Reached here 3.15pm and saw the staff is on break till 4pm. If the shop would be unattended for such long time, then kindly update the opening hours so customers can be aware. Or atleast the staff could have told that they have an break time so don’t come in those hours. No one is answering the phone on the website too. First time I have faced such issue where the shop is with no staff and am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved it! I tried one of their cupcakes which even had a gummy bear as the topping. The base was soft enough, and the sweetness and the cheesiness of the cupcake had the right balance and blended in perfectly. If you can afford it, you should definitely try the cupcakes here at Twelve Cupcakes. You absolutely won’t regret it??
