β β β β β Attentive groomer and good services. Temporary lodging available also.
Brought our dogs, with long and short coats, to them for basic bath and nail trimming a few times.
The male groomer does a great job, which you can watch with a full view from the sofa in the waiting zone. General pet merchandise such as shampoo, leash open for sale too.
He will give u tips to care for your furkids at home and alert you to any potential problems, but wont push for extra services. Pleasant visits all around.

β β β β β The groomer is really unprofessional as he was unable to handle my toy breed pooch. Demanded that I pay an extra $10 because he spent too long grooming her. Itβs the first Iβve experienced something like this. It would be alright if he gave a nice cut. I expected Pawsitive but instead got sensitive. The cut was far from acceptable. It looked as though my dog was sent for a $2 army haircut. βAuntie, #1 please.β Needless to say, this is indeed the Snip Avenue for pets.

β β β β β Brought my clients' GSD here for a session. The client was impressed and signed their 5 x grooming session. They were upfront with me about their comprehension to perform this GSD grooming ( people think GSD are unfriendly) but eventually they get the job done!

β β β β β Went there with my munchkin for his first grooming session, but because he was a little timid and scared, they didn't managed to groom him and only trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears. My poor cat was soaked wet and given to us without drying because he was too fierce when they tried to bathed him.
Honestly a little upsetting because they could have dried him before handing it back to us. They did not charge us in exchange, but still, it was irresponsible of them to not dry a pet. Unfortunately, my cat definitely did not come back with a pawsitive image. :(

β β β β β I bring my dog here for nail trimming service - $15 per time. No booking needed, can ask on same day for suitable timings.
Professional and careful service. No accidents of cutting too short & bleeding so far, despite my dog's nails are black and sometimes he fidgets. Thanks :)
