The lady boss, Clarice is very responsive to my queries and while my furkids are having their ‘makeover’, Clarice kept updating me with photos and videos of how my babies are doing.. I was allowed into the grooming area as my furkids were scared of unfamiliar place, but the groomers there made them feel at home. They were having fun with the other furkids that was there for their grooming. Pawtraits will be the grooming place for my furkids!

My furkids, ah meow, is a senior cat, never been to grooming before, because she got herself real dirty.. Excellent service and very responsive. Highly recommend their service, especially if you are a cat parent. Thank you to Clarice for her patience & clarification as well!

Clarice was patient with my queries and planned grooming schedule for my poodle's grooming efficiently. I requested for pick up service and was constantly updated with photos/videos of her whereabouts by driver even without me asking. Groomer (Rina) is very experienced. Outcome was perfect even though my poodle's fur were too tangled. Highly recommend!

They were very friendly and especially gentle with Bayley since she is quite timid. I’m very happy that Bayley is clean again! I highlight recommend going to Pawtraits, and Bayley will definitely be back again!

My dog is getting very old however, and it hurt me to keep sending him back to the same groomer. I found Pawtraits online, and the good reviews are true! The lady boss let me stay with my dog until he calmed down before his session. She also sent me video updates about the grooming to reassure me, and took this very handsome photo at the end! Turns out my dog isn't "active", but is in fact obedient :D Also, my dog used to be frantic to leave, but when we picked him up we found him chilling with the lady boss haha. I think it's very clear when the boss herself is a dog lover. Grateful to Pawtraits, highly recommended.
B	Brenda Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time bringing my feline to Pawtraits. Experience from the initial Whatsapp appointment setup to picking up of my cat was excellent! Replies on whatsapp were prompted and detailed. Location is a 15 minutes drive away from where I was located. Parking takes abit of effort but can do a short stop behind the shophouses. They did a great job grooming my cat, they were meticulous at trimming her fur, as well as the nails and cleaning the ears. I love it when Pawtraits did a few video updates via whatsapp while they were grooming your pet, put you at ease that your pet is being handled with care. Definitely the place I'll recommend to my friends if they want to groom their pets.
