A simple private estate in the busy heartland area.

Old but quiet residence with a pool, BBQ pits & very old gym

This is a great condo. It is very close to the MRT station. Infact it is right outside the MRT station. The views from the apartments are great too. There are two malls nearby, within walking distance. Paya Lebar Square and SingPost Centre. There's also a mosque next door. Condo also has a swimming pool and bbq pits but the swimming pool is a little small.

On the 7th May 2021, 2pm, my friend was visiting me. I told my friend to wait for me at the entrance. So he did. The guard saw him but did not ask him to sign in. Then I went to pick him up and we went in together. Again, the guard said nothing but just stare at him rudely. At about 4.20pm, he left and the guard suddenly confronted him at the gate and scolded him loudly and with bad languages. The guard even pulled down his mask while scolding my friend, flouting Covid 19 rules and our country’s laws. Then the guard threatened my friend that if my friend were to come in without signing in again, he will take a picture of him. Even after my friend walked to the main road, the guard still stared at him. The guard is at fault for not doing his duties well and then tried to blame my friend for it with anger and bad attitude and even intimidation. Now my friend is scared and does not want to visit me at this condo again. I am very annoyed by the calibre and attitude and quality of the guard. I hope that the management do something about it. I find this guard very unreasonable and fault finding and is affecting the residents living here.

This is a very good condominium super close to Paya Lebar MRT station. Conveniently located near three malls, Paya Lebar Square, Singpost Centre and OneKM (now Kinex), it is a great place to be living at. The views from the apartments are also nice and the rooms are big and spacious. It has a gym which is a bit old and a swimming pool, which is not very big. But overall it's a very good residence to live at whether you’re working in CBD or in the east.
