★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to their store, told me the printer is not around so just send them and they will let me know. They didn’t follow up over the weekend, so when I contact them on a Monday they say the image I provided (which was to specification) was blurry. When probed they told me the printer would contact me but didn’t. I contact them asking again and he emails me that we should ‘avoid copy and paste images or direct download from search engines’ (which we didn’t). After our designer provided an update he says his printer can’t print some parts due to technical errors and to find another vendor.
I heard their printing was cheap, I guess there are very good reasons for that. I’d change my review if the situation changes, but otherwise just avoid to prevent wasting your time and causing more headaches.
