★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get the Dolly gift set but I forgot the name so I pointed to the xmas gift set and before paying, I double checked with the staff Phyllis if it was for ladies. She said the perfume is gender neutral. However, she should have known that I was asking for the Dolly gift set - it was only after I paid that I realised she gave me the Jolly gift set!!! Turns out the one I wanted was out of stock but she didn't even mentioned it.
Seems like she was just getting me to buy the wrong set as she wasn't honest about the Dolly gift set being out of stock!

Ivan shared the history of Penhaligon’s, had excellent industry knowledge and was able to answer every question I had.
Was left pleasantly surprised by his recommendations according to smells I have liked previously and his patience with allowing me to pick the right scent for me.
Truly appreciate his assistance! Will definitely come back for a purchase.
