I like and appreciate how she speaks in a gentle and sincere manner, did not hard sell the products; did not interrupt conversations to introduce the pieces. she's patient and generous in providing her services and reassuring customers to browse/try on without obligations. she keeps in mind what a customer wants and makes effort to follow up. besides the excellent jade products, Joey is an absolute asset to Li Hong!

Love the 双喜pin on the packaging. The jade pieces in the shop looks pretty and with such friendly staff, we got 3 items at one shot at the shop. Definitely a good place to shop for jade ?

I had first saw this on your website. Like how translucent & purity of how it looks. But not sure whether is it suitable for me. Coincidentally it was available at the store. Joey recommended the exact one after I tried on others but was unable to find one that really caught my eye.

Even though it was near to their closing time, Joey was extremely patient and attentive in helping me to find the right bangle. She is very knowledgeable and shared lots of advice on the different types of bangles and care tips.

thought of having this ring as part of our
wedding vow as it unique and beautifully crafted
and indeed feels like a good quality. In fact,
everyone who sees also compliments about it.
We will not be able to get this if not with the
help of Jackaston. He was very kind and
accommodating and made a way that we get
resizing done asap, which was a pretty
