Beginning the service is not bad. Towards the last few months getting from bad to worse. Ask to collect empty water bottles from my office since 5 April 2022 like calling father. Keep promising but just never turn up for 10 Weeks. Horrible service. Finally water bottle collected after this Google Review is put up. Thank you for those that help facilitate.

Been using Pere Ocean for close to a year now. If you're serious about brewing coffee at home with your favourite brewing method and/or getting the best out of anything you're brewing or cooking, Pere Ocean mineral water tastes so much better and a world of difference than other options on the market. The team always never fails to deliver on time with friendly drivers. Abigail is prompt in answering all my queries and fulfilling my orders on time, all the time. One important factor is also the fact that they're very affordable compared to their peers. Thank you so much!

There are many options in the market, do avoid ordering water dispensers from Pere Ocean. Their sales team may be very good and helpful, but when it comes to service maintenance and follow up, they will just ignore your emails and ignore their own email's deadline. On 29 Apr 2022, we sent an email to Riyas copying Wilson to request for filter change. Between 29 Apr to 17 May, we had back and forth to sign and finalize the filter change quotation. On 17 May, Pere Ocean replied that May's schedule is full hence earliest is for June. We understand that it is tough to do scheduling so we gave Pere Ocean full flexibility to select a maintenance date, just that to let us know a few days in advance and avoid lunch time so that we can have someone standby in the office. June came and there was no update from Pere Ocean. We held off chasing them but until 13 June, there was still no news so we sent an email. No reply. 20 June we sent again. No reply. We call their line, no one picks up. (Maybe if we press option 1 for New Customer, we may be attended to?). It is coming to the end of the month. Even if they are very busy and need to "break" their promise of maintenance in June, I think it is basic courtesy to reply emails. And also, given that we let them choose any day to do this maintenance, they can at least say something like 30 June or 15 Aug etc. And it is not as if the filter change is free as part of some package during purchase time. This is a paid filter change. Buy at your own risk.

I have been with Pere Ocean since 2018. They have been and continue to be very prompt in my orders and professional to meet my delivery schedule. A great dispenser with reliable services. Abigail provides best services and is always ready to help.We just drink mineral water and it's really appreciated to get new bottle without carrying them. Very easy to use for kids and family. Price is good too. Definitely worth it!

This is my first time ordered such water dispenser for my family. I got no complain for the water itself as it is really good. Abigail is my contact point and her service is awesome and replied mt on time whenever I placed my orders. Nevertheless, I gave 2 stars cos the rest of the 3 stars were destroy by the Chinese delivery staff. Never for once followed instructions. Requested many times for the delivery staff to call me yet, he never call. I ordered 10 cartons and he just left the 10 cartons at my door step without calling me to accept the goods even though I was at home most of the time. His initial deliveries, he already started to show his anger at my place, which I didn't even do anything to him nor say anything. I guess he do not like to deliver to HDB flat. After that, he just leave my deliveries at my door step, no calls no knocking on door. Please tell your delivery staff, he don't have to be anger anymore cos I left with 1 more order of 10 cartons to fulfill and 1 more trip to collect back the water dispenser. Thereafter, he don't have to see me again as I am not going to renew my rental contract.
