Despite a last minute order, the catered food was delivered on time. Large variety of dishes, good value for money, a delicious buffet spread. The chicken curry, mixed vegetables, and yam paste (orh ni) were crowd favourites!

So far this has been my second day of the lunch tingkat i find the food was so nice , not oily nor salty and very home cook.. i hope it will be so nice for the rest of my 18 days trial haha.. so that i could continue ordering .. keep up the good work! ?

Ronnie's da man!!! Firstly, the lady that handle the order taking was helpful!!!! She gave valuable suggestions to our grandma's 88th birthday celebration!!! Food wise, you can't really fault them, curry chicken is a must order!!!! The package we order is definitely Sooooooo value for money! You got to try them! Last but not least, Mr.Ronnie, if you are reading this review, you must reward or give a big fat bonus tothe lady that answer the call. She's a GEM for all your customer!!! GEM = Go Extra Mile

I felt cheated by the many reviews posted on foodline.sg and other website. Salty and oily food by Ronnie's kitchen. Most soup has meatballs inside for at least 3 times a week and whether it's black beans soup or lotus soup, all taste about the same. It's salty. Not child friendly as they don't accept non spicy request. They will reject your order if you request for non spicy and no nones in fish. So if you have young kids, you might just give them a miss. Ordered the 3 dish, 1 soup tingkat for 3 pax for 1 month in August 2017. For that 1 month, we eat out at least 2 weeks cos the tingkat is not welcoming at all. The worst part was when we called for cancellation politely, we were transferred twice because they asked us what we want and when they knew we were cancelling, they don't entertain anymore. We feedback about the saltiness of the food. The lady who answered said it's not her problem but the kitchen's problem. Serious attitude problem with this caterer. When they take order, the lady is very nice, recommend this and that. When it comes to cancellation, it's a different story. I won't even recommend Ronnie's catering or tingkat service to any of my friends at all. Don't think they even deserve a 1 star but Google needs me to put in 1 star before I can review. Very unhappy with the food quality and service. Waste of money.

"Food & service can be further improved" I was surprised that my order come WITHOUT complimentary drinks. Maybe in the future Ronnie Kitchen can double check or remind the customer during confirmation to order it separately if the drink is not included. Besides, my order of "Assam Prawn" tasted like "Sweet & Sour Prawn", so you may want to double check the food order carefully before delivering to your customer.

Indeed not a pleasant experience this time round. Ordered 100 pax buffet for my baby shower. Tried Ronnie kitchen because of the reviews, based on reviews of seems OK and nice. And my hubby ordered during our wedding. At that time, the standard is still OK but Honestly speaking this time round not worth, standard drop regretted ordering from Ronnie kitchen. Should have order for better food from other caterer. Families and relatives commented the food is so so only, not fantastic plus appearance doesn't look appealing. Haiz, a bad experience though.

We ordered some food catering from them last week and the food portion was great! I like most of the food taste and most of our guests felt it’s good too. As we had some vegetarians with us, we requested for them to ensure that it’s vegetarian and they gladly said okay. Would love to give 5 stars actually... but the delivery guys fell short with their service. They came late and were rushing to keep by 9ish when we told them to clear at 10pm. And when we delayed a little to put the food on the plates, the guy was pretty impatient.

Have been ordering from ronnie kitchen since circuit breaker. The food is tasty, not too salty and the dishes are thoughtfully prepared with a variety of veggies incorporated into the dishes. Tastes very home cooked. I look forward to the meal daily!
