I got a big issue of having an army of roaches in my car out of a sudden. The car usually is for my and my precious daughter so definitely I need to clear the army away. I approached Pesticon Pest & Sanitary Pte. Ltd. and KC, the Ops Man is very efficient with the responce. KC explained to me very clearly about the procedures and quotation. I got the most excellent service by Noh, despite knowing that I have inconvinience leaving my house at that time, Noh is willing to come over to my unit to get my car key and do the fumigation for me, then head back to my unit again to deliver my car key. Knowing that I dont have much time, Noh did not hold me up, to talk about the situation, but he dropped me a text after leaving to left me know about the situation and guiding me what to do next when I goes back to my vehicle. Kudos to both KC and Noh for the excellent service and job well done!

We had an infestation of the brown banded cockroach at our place and despite throwing out the infested furniture and giving our place a thorough clean, they still returned again and again much to our frustration. I contacted a few companies and Pesticon stood out because KC was so detailed in explaining to me how he planned to tackle the situation, what to expect and also tips to prevent them from returning. What I really appreciate was his honesty and how he tailored my expectations. We had to get the infestation removed within a week and he was very honest to me that the infestation will not be removed completely before that but he assured me by 7-10 days the numbers will drop drastically. And true enough one week later we have not seen a cockroach thus far. His technician, Sahri, stayed for more than two hours because he did not want to miss out any hiding spot. He could have just left baits around the house and leave within 30min but he did not. Instead he made sure that he chased them out of their hiding corners before leaving baits and then sealing all the crevices. I am truly amazed by their service which is so value added. Will rate them 10 stars if I could!

I have been serviced by KC from this company for couple years already. Whenever you encounter problems like insects, it can be really stressful and urgent. But I am always so pleased with their prompt response and arrangement(never once late or delayed) professional advice, kind followups with detailed report. Highly recommend!

I called KC pretty last min due to a roach infestation that had occurred in my home, he came and gave a very thorough check, explained the different breed so i can have a better understanding of the pests. He placed sufficient roach baits in a better safe than sorry manner, the roach issue was solve in a week. He is very responsible and also check back with me a few days even after the job was done. After sales service 一级棒!

KC was very professional in the hunting of the elusive mouse in my mum’s home. We have been trying to catch it for a month by ourselves but to no success. KC came within an hour of me calling and efficiently set up 10 traps all over the house, and also helped to reset the traps we have previously used. He also checked through the premises to locate where is the rodent’s path. KC also did a follow up message on the next day to check on the progress and he even suggested that we make an adjustment to the placement of one of the trap. The mouse was caught on the 3rd day and KC came to our place to remove it, and this was on the first day of the Chinese New Year in the early morning. KC showed concern and empathy and displayed attentiveness to our rodent issue and his method was highly effective in eliminating our rodent issue at home. He also gave various tips and advices on preventing future rodent issues. This is professionalism at its best and I would highly recommend KC to anyone facing a rodent problem.

Good local company, man working is hardworking and the manager mr. Kachi likes to joke. Very friendly guy. Help to remove my micky mouse problem and found all the babies in the restaurant at.boat quay. Thank you all for always rushing here and there and sweating so much.

I engaged KC from Pesticon to check my parquet floor for termites and to apply chemical to prevent future infestation. He did not turn up but sent his assistant instead. KC was angry and rude when i asked why his assistant was late. To top it up, his assistant did not seal back the skirting which he had further prised from the wall to inspect for termites. The few holes he dug in my parquet were sloppily pasted with brown putty. I feel that the entire job was poorly done.
