★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 2 stars but am very close to give a 1 star. Brought my cat to apply frontline for her fleas & the groomer was very rough to my cat only for that short 2 minutes?! He forced my cat out of cage & pulled her tail when she wanted to run away. What the??
The only saving grace was that the people there at the shop were nice and helpful. I would suggest to not bring your pets there for grooming. Bedok point has PLC & they have nice female groomers. Very gentle too.

One feedback from me is if the customer is buying big and heavy stuff like pet food, please stop charging the plastic bag although to encourage Green. Sometimes customer may forget to bring recycled bag especially male customer don't bring hand bag to keep their recycled bag. Thanks!

They said they called us once but we didn't pick up the phone. Shouldn't you text us instead if we didn't acknowledge that the appointment was cancelled hours prior to the appointment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my visit to this outlet. I was here to see the small animals and i was really amazed with the layout of the cages and the cleanliness of the store as some other pet stores ive been too wasn't the same. I was quickly attended by the staffs there and i could tell they honestly care for the animals. They talked me through the process of taking care of the animals and i feel really comfortable with them helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is helpful but what I observed is that the air conditioning is not functioning properly, very stuffy and poor circulation. I could imagine what it would be then for the animals. Can please look into this? Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy environment to shop around with 2 floors and a Grooming centre that is conveniently located near my house so i can bring my rabbit for monthly grooming.I always love shopping at this particular outlet as the staffs and groomer is friendly and easy to approach.I will recommend the shop to my friends with dogs and cats as they carry alot of different range of foods and toys for their fur babies.
