★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time sent my dog to Eastpoint outlet for grooming based on good reviews. However, grooming standard is totally not up to my expectations and so disappointing. A chunk of hardened eye stains could still be combed off from my dog’s face right after her grooming! So can know how uncaring and lousy this groomer is!!! Will not send my dog there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FC has been groomed by Jasmine for a long time. He always look forward to his grooming sessions. We'll send him to Jasmine looking like a messy brush and she will transform him into a cute fur ball. Jasmine is also very nice and accommodating.

The variety of the food quality wet canned food and dry kibbles, litter which consists of paper, tofu and normal ones :) also the grooming of the fur kids ! Best is the staffs they are friendly and very helpful and give me the extra discount for rescuer/fostering? thank you and keep up the good work ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jasmine was very patient and provided professional grooming services for my dog :) She is friendly, attenttive and very down to earth. Grooming was on time, prompt and neatly cut. She also took the extra step to inform me of my dog's condition and taught me how to improve and prevent it.
Overall very happy with the service Jasmine provided. Highly recommended! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is always neat and tidy with the products and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is always great to come in to the spacious stall and to see the cute dogs and hamsters around. The loyalty program is also attractive for long term saving for your pet's needs.
