★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Superpet shop at Tampines.i ask the staff Indian boy if he has any waterless shampoo and royal canin for cat..he said no stock and he said to me, Now days don't know when the stock will arrive.Then he went on bust with his phone talking to his friend and using vulger language.i myself went to see if there is on the shelf..guess what ,there are many on the shelf ,the shampoo.he don't bother to check and he is busy on the phone all the way, chatting and giggling.i bought that shampoo and leave the shop.my advise is don't depends on the staff, you search your self is better.i don't know how the BOSS going to run if the staff don't have heart to work.Maybe salary less?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a member for a good 3 years at least. Recently lost my card and my membership is due for renewal in just 13 days. However they can't waive the fee and issue me a new card when I want to renew my membership dispite giving new cards to all new sign ups? Rigid process and no effort to raise the issue at all. They would rather lose my business over the lost card fee. Terribly disappointed with the service.
