★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Jersey Wooly baby bunny (1.5months) from this outlet. The Staff Mr Poon was professional in advising on care and food for the bunny when young amd beyond. Also recommended some essential products to go along. As we had reared bunnies in the past, we knew he was not pulling a fast one on us. Thanks Mr Poon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went here with my partner and we saw how cramped up the tanks were for the hamsters, how outrageous. i didn’t take any photo but do check with the outlet. why are the cages split into half? the hamsters only able to run back and forth. unable to roam around more?

Instead of buying a pet from pet shop, i strongly seek everyone to adopt instead of buy. Too many homeless animals have been abandoned and when they are found, they are in super bad state of health. At times there are breeders out there breed animals irresponsibly and pet shops sold them to people who are not even ready for this comittment. Pet shop only care about sales. Recently there is too many rabbit abandonment cases and the bunny need to be put down to stop her sufferring.
Once again, i would like to emphasize, adopt. Dont shop

Very friendly staff and ready to help to find suitable items if you are tourist on quick visit to buy pet food.
I got some chicken liver and turkey and beef type mixed snacks.
Very convenient and easy to find and price is decent.
I was on a 3 week business visit to Singapore and had a list of shopping items and couldn't find a pet store neat my work place or hotel and this was an out of blue discovery while waiting for a take away from Pizza Hut. Being near to the eatery places helped me to find this and I got what i was looking for. I may visit the place again next time.

Last time, one of the staff help me handcarry NS item from other outlet when she offday, feel extremely touch.??????
