Wanted to give a shout-out to Carmela and thank her for the friendly and helpful service that made my shopping at Cotton On a wonderful one.

Kinda cramped space but usually not crowded and staff are generally very helpful. The manager there has helped me with sizing and helped me checked if there's stock. Usually pretty neat too ❤

overall experience was ok when shopping here last year but there's this lady,a staff working there were giving me and my friend a disgusted look like she despise us i dont even know why lol even though she didn't say anything. it just looks like she doesn't even welcome us here i remember how she looks like but i don't know how to describe her appearance.

Disappointing with “bizarre” return policy. On the 6th of Dec around 5pm, I tended to return an item at Cotton on BODY Plaza Singapore. The counter lady said because on that day “ they don’t have enough cash” she will give a gift card instead, or If I want a full cash refund, “ I have to return the item at the same place where I bought it” and “it has to be in the same day” Wow....never heard that before. I refused. Off I went to Cotton on Suntec. I got a full refund! Unacceptable! Very disappointing!

The sales personnel attended to me was friendly n helpful. Cotton on has a unfriendly system for customer to redeem their rewards. Instead of reflecting on the app , you need access into your email which cotton on usually sent to for redemption. However, sometimes I may missed the email because there's many promotion n I will discard it without knowing it was a voucher waiting for redemption. I suggest cotton on, to enable friendly user app like uniqlo , you can redeem through the app instead the hassle of going into the email. I believe this will save time for the staffs too. Each time customers asked for redemption. They got to repeat instructing customers how to redeem.

I’ve been to so many Cotton on and I am surprised by Camellia’s customer service and friendliness. She was very customer oriented, genuinely friendly and it was fun and casual to strike a conversation with her. She’s been so sweet and helpful with my transaction and even offered alternatives when I shared what I was looking for in a pair of jeans. My mum and I are now fans of her. Definitely left us a lasting impression! Kudos to her. It’s refreshing to have her in the service line.

I bought a pair of jeans at this store in Plaza Singapura yesterday where the cashier didn’t asked for my membership details & even worse she forgot to remove the security pin. I tried calling but they don’t list their phone number on Google. I tried calling other outlets & they refused to help but asked that i come to the same outlet which I brought the item from. So i had to come back to the store today to remove it despite the fact that i have an long-haul flight this afternoon & I haven’t finished packing. When i asked for reimbursement for transportation back & forth & time wasted, despite multiple calls & messages exchanged between the store cashier & the assistant manager / area manager, she said that there’s nothing they can do for me in this case. I explained the urgency given my upcoming flight, still nothing. They don’t seem to understand how horribly they have done in terms of customer service & certainly didn’t act like they care. This is such a shame because I thought the least / easiest thing they could do is to waive off the fee for the jeans but they refused to & just sent me away.
