★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple run business that has stuck with us for nearly 2 decades and 2 dogs thus far. Our poodle nearly always emerges with a head so well coiffed and buoyant (like it defies gravity) after each grooming session. Parking to drop off or pick up your furry ones can be a challenge sometimes though.. especially when it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible approach to taking care of fur babies. If there was no intention or capacity to groom, it’s ok to inform the owner directly. Instead, he shamed the previous groomer for a job “badly done” and that the dog’s coat is ruined (for life) just because it has been shaved once 7 years ago and not to waste his time / our money cos he can’t help. Very strange customer service approach.
