I'm very pleased with the customer service of Beyond Paws. I was in contact with Jamie, and communication was smooth. She was very patient with explaining things over whatsapp, and genuine in taking the time to reply to messages, so I felt very assured as it was my first time bringing my cat, Tobi, for a grooming session. She was also honest in suggesting what was needed for Tobi. For $80, Tobi had a basic groom + shave on his lower half (as he is incontinent and requires diapers, so this may help keep him cleaner and cooler). After the session, Jamie made the effort to check in with me regarding Tobi. I'm also really satisfied with how Jamie was confident in handling Tobi although he is special needs and was really scared as well (Tobi has had a trauma and is paralysed waist down, and has urinary incontinence). I'm not sure how other groomers are like, but I feel like I can trust Jamie with my cat, and am a happy customer. Thanks Jamie and team.

Back home after her first grooming session at Beyond Paws, and my dog’s in high spirits. She was comfortable throughout the session and the groomers were extremely patient and meticulous. Jamie and her team of groomers are experienced and have a deep sincere love for animals! ????

Staff was really friendly and approachable in explaining what kind of grooming treatment that is suitable for my cat (being a first timer). They were also really careful in handling my cat, also thank you for the lovely cat collar given ❤️. August love it!!.

I will definitely recommend sending your precious furkids to the groomers at Beyond Paws. It was my first time trying out and I was very happy to have done so. I was given an appointment time and Jamie, the very friendly and personable groomer, was all ready to receive my dog when we turned up. It is a very welcoming groomer's office. Feels exceptionally spacious, clean and well kept! Was also very happily welcomed by 2 friendly resident dogs (I guess?). Run by very professional and dog loving groomers. I love it that they keep their fur customers to the alloted slot so that their pawrents dont have to worry about them being left too long and distressed. In abt 2 hours, I got a text to say my dog is ready! Was very pleasantly surprised Jamie had given my dog a really beautiful tail as a momento of my dog's long hair before the cut. & added it could be undone if I was not comfortable. How sweet! It was definitely a very thoughtful gesture & dog-loving groomer who puts heart into our pets during their time there. The lengths they go for our pets and us... They had patiently waited for me to pick up my dog before ending for the day. My dog was happy and calm at pick up. ? And I got so many photos and videos of the grooming session when I got home! The amount of assurance and smiles that brought... was like doggy child care centre first great day at school! ❤

Brought my dog there for grooming session and we loved the results! Our current go to groomers. ☺️ Loved that they even gave existing customers discount! Will definitely be back for more sessions.

Very nice and professional groomers. I especially like their ‘going the extra mile’ service. They helped to dress up my furry kids with scarfs. Very nice and I am very happy that I tried them out.

Beyond Paws came highly recommended by two friends and being a first-time dog owner, I was very cautious of where I would send my dog for grooming. I left Mylo with Karen and she did a great job with his grooming! Mylo probably didn't make it easy for her as he is not used to the process. My son also loves the smell of the dog shampoo she used. We will definitely go back to Beyond Paws again. See how she transformed a Pomeranian with a wild hairdo into a "distinguished gentleman"!
