We started with another pet relocation service in Singapore - and they were hopeless in communication. Peter saved the day! He knows the right people and, in the middle of COVID, this made all the difference. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pet movers ever. He supposedly have more than 25 years experience but you see only a few reviews. He changed address various times and old real reviews cant be seen. He gave the wrong information and cat got stuck in quarantine for 3 months. I was sceptical when I first called and he was self praising and tell me he has sent thousands of pets to the whole world. But my wife said just to use him. Then after paying him the nightmare begins. He didn't answer my calls. Called back only when he feels like it. Tried selling me used pet crates for exorbitant price. He told me all paperwork was complete but we got to France and they told us totally insufficient documents. I even remember telling him we need more documents and he arrogantly said I have done this for 25 years!! I know what I'm doing. Now nothing I can do but to wait for my cat in quarantine and even paid very expensive.dont trust a word he says. You will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Peter was very positive, relocating our dog from Singapore to Spain. He is an honest person, he tells you how the proccess goes from the beginning, the fee is broken down very clear and the price is fair. Other companies we checked in Singapore were crazy expensive and trying to scam us thousands of dollars stating custom clearance (which there arent any in Spain for pets). He takes well care of the pets, and he even adapted his transportation services to our 3 am flight, staying all the time with us in the queu till we checked our pet in. Once we arrived in Spain, quick proccess in customs, all papers good, home safe and sound.

I was completely novice when I first started exploring options to relocate my cats and most quotation came up around 15K-18K. Peter was the first one to advise a cheaper and safer alternative way. I am so glad I trusted Peter’s work. Do not hesitate to engage Peter, he’s the BEST of the BEST!!
