Was introduced to laser therapy by Dr Wendy. I saw improvements on my 13yr old poodle, Mocha after the first session and his quality of life has definitely improved with it. I believe pictures speak a thousand words ?

Vets who really care about you and your pet, sweet and efficient counter staff and they're not pushy! I've also never had trouble getting an appointment within a week of calling. My bunny and I have been here several times over 2 years, seen 3 different vets (thank you Dr Bernice, Dr Christine and Dr Mikayla!) and all of them are rabbit-savvy. If you're a rabbit pawrent and looking for a good vet for your furkid, come to Vet Central! You won't be sorry!

Used to be excellent when the clinic first started out. My bunny had dental surgery, vet removed a good (no signs of decay) tooth, saying that it is curved. However, vet had trim & file that same tooth over 4 years. Removal of a good tooth with deep roots resulted in an abscess & it was traumatic for a senior bunny. Eventually due to the busyness of the clinic, despite the $6K+ spent over few dental surgeries, we had to get another kind clinic to manage the bunny’s abscess for close to 8 months with weekly injections. Not the level of service you would expect after letting the clinic manage our bunny for years, and when things go awry the last surgery, abscess developed & vet should responsibly manage the abscess injections & review, we were given the feeling that they rather not, given their busyness. When post surgery went wrong, you see the best or worst in people here. It’s the latter.

My cat did her dental extraction here in early Jan 2022 due to feline tooth resorption and chipped canine. We saw almost all the vets there on separate visits/follow up. My cat’s surgery was done by Dr Christine, she’s very experienced and will give a thorough explanation. My cat’s wound healed very well, and is able to eat solid food after 1 month. ? The only thing that I think requires improvement is the waiting time. Each visit we had to wait at least 30-45mins before we can see the vet thou we are on time for the appointment. Other than that, all good.

Yesterday I rush my bunny down for second opinion and was immediately attended by the nurses at the clinic. She was put into oxygen tank due to breathing difficulties and given pain killer by Dr Bernice after assessing her condition. They did their best to assist her and recommended us to bring our bunny to animal hospital for stomach ultrascan and possibly a op. Even though odds for her was Low we proceeded with the recommendations. Unfortunately my bunny passed away in my car when we reach the animal hospital. Dr Bernice called me at same time to informed me her liver blood test results. Dr Bernice was genuinely sad for my loss and that comforted me as I knew she really cared about my bunny and tried her best to assist me. Thank you Vet central for the fast assistance and caring Dr Bernice and Nurses. I highly recommend this clinic.

Superb services, all 4 vets are bunny savvy. Dr Christine and Dr Wendy are both brilliant and very very experienced bunny savvy vets. Dr Bernice is great too, and many have shared good things about Dr Sally as well. VC has been our go-to vet for 2 years now, and we feel assured bringing our little boy there for all ailments, small to serious. They are one of the few remaining vets that are not calculative, nor do they “push” medication or unnecessary tests unlike some other vets. Definitely definitely would recommend VC, even if you own a dog or a cat ?

First visit here upon recommendation from fellow cat parent: Despite making an appointment, could only step in almost half an hour later, perhaps due to high patient traffic. Was initially skeptical about vets that takes care of such a wide variety of animals (as a layperson) but after doing some research, animal specialists are really a rare bunch in the world with additional years of experience and temporary license required. But my experience (as a first time feline parent) with Dr. Sally (not the first vet I visited) cleared lingering doubts as her attentiveness and detailed approach to attending to my concerns about my kitten had me satisfied. Again, this was just the first visit, so we hope to have my kitty have a good long term healthcare here!

Vet Central has the most amazing team dedicated to the well-being of animals which in turn give you the peace of mind when you entrust your pets to them.
