Driver didn't saw me tap then kept waving hands and calling out loud for me as i was sitting infront, making a embarrassment infront of everyone when already tapped card successfully.
I was the first passenger to board and tapped successfully.
• Bus Captain is not alert and rude.
Please train your bus captain to be alert and not day dreaming or be so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the new fleet of buses with USB posts to charge devices! Boarded a bus 7 a few days ago and felt like it was a touring coach, with 2 stairs, one for going up and another for coming down. I think it's to facilitate passenger movement during peak hours? Anyway it's a smart design and has improved passenger experience for me.
Lovely friendly drivers too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy insurance if u wanna take public buses in singapore, a lot of abrupt braking.. during the journey, later you fall down during ride, you pay for your own injuries ?

THE BAD: no drinks served. Hey, just joking lah.
FYI, in Turkey, intercity coaches do serve drinks and snacks from a trolley like those in airplanes. A nice touch.
By the way, SBS please make your feedback channel more user-friendly and ensure that it is doing what it’s supposed to be doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disturbed when bus captain looked away as passengers boarded his bus 143 at Telok Blangah Road. I couldn't greet him.
Just before Shibuya stop, an adult foreign woman and a girl about 5 years old boarded the bus. The girl tapped her card which gave out a weird continuous beeping sound. I think the card was invalid.
So I thought the woman was dropping cash into the box. But no, she pulled a card from her purse as if going to tap her own fare. But no again, she gave it to the girl who tapped it and one beep sounded. Then they both moved in to go to the upper deck.
The adult didn't pay her fare and nobody else seemed to care.
I had an experience when I forgot to tap my card. The attentive bus captain signalled me back and I then realised what was wrong. But that should be the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to SBS, and a well deserved 5 stars! I took bus 25 (SG6174E) back after dropping my car for servicing.
I must say the new generation of double decked buses are amazingly comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
Auto announcements before each stop, huge digital displays, seats that are easily maintained and ther is even a huge aisle for wheelchairs / strollers.
Driver for this bus SG6174E made this ride really
comfortable with gentle acceleration / braking. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rushed to catch the 134 bus at 1.33pm on 10th May at bus stop Geylang East Ave 1, Me and another passenger aunty wave hands to get the bus stop, the driver saw us wave but didn’t stop and just go. Cannot believe………
