Allpets & Aqualife Clinic - Seletar Hills Estate

My 65cm koi had a 3.5 cm growth on its pectoral fin and for many months I have spoken to few koi farms and could not find anyone to come to my house to check on the fish. Finally, I managed to contact Allpets and Aqualife Clinic and Dr.Chua and his colleague came over and checked the fish. An operation was performed on site after sedating the fish and the growth was removed. Dr.Chua and his team was very friendly and professional through out. One week after the operation the fin is back to normal except a small part of it had to be removed with the growth. I am pleased to know that my fishers will be in the good hands of Dr.Chua in future.

We are so grateful to Dr Janine Khoo for finding out that my furkid had pyometra and performed an emergency surgery. She had to push back other appointments to save my girl as it was a life threatening infection. The surgery success rate is only 20%-40% but fortunately, my girl managed to pull through. Thank you to Dr Khoo and the staffs of Allpets for working overnight for my girl. They charged the cheapest rate among the other vets that we have visited. I'm unsure why they were given some 1 star reviews because our experience with Allpets was highly positive. We appreciate that Dr Khoo even slot in some time to review my girl the next morning for free despite her full schedule. Once again, thank you Dr Khoo for saving my girl and all the staffs present! She is recovering very well!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR PETS TO ALL PETS & AQUALIFE VETS. I have been bringing my pet to this vet for several years already thinking everything there was okay. To my horror, they did not do a proper check on my pet. According to them, they did a blood test and other checks on my pet and told us that my pet was okay and only found with a mega colon which simply means he had difficulty to defecate naturally. My pet has been loosing weight drastically and has developed some muscle weakness due to his lack of appetite. Hence why we brought him to this vet. This was his first visit to the vet as we try to rectify the problem. After the checks, they gave him some laxatives and told us to get probiotics for our pet. HOWEVER, after about a week, my pet did not get any better and we brought him back there again. In fact, his condition got worst. This was actually his second visit to this vet in a span of 2 weeks. After the second visit, our family decided to change to another vet. To our horror, we found out that our pet was only left with one lung and he had developed heart disease. This is the reason why he was losing weight drastically and he did not have any appetite to eat. I do not understand why Allpets & Aqualife Vets did not manage to find out such vital information from my pet when they did their so called testing on him. Proper treatment could have been given to my pet if they had found this out sooner. Unfortunately this led to the death of my pet. So bottom line is, I do not recommend anyone bringing their pet to this clinic because they do not do a proper job and even their front counter staff are not very friendly. ZERO stars honestly!

Dr Chua and team were very caring and loving towards my tortoise Geo. She suffered from a bad case of follicular stasis and constipation and had to undergo weeks of treatment before ultimately going under the knife. The surgery was thankfully a success and we are beyond grateful that she is back home with us as a happier and healthy tortoise. We cannot recommend Dr Chua and his team enough as he truly cares for our pet Geo and his dedication in helping her is very precious to us!

Brought my terrapin for aural abscess twice. Followed instructions to the t both times. Abscess is still recurring. More infuriating is the rude attitude of staff. Given that this is recurring and ongoing after 2 visits, all I hear is how busy the vets are. Well, so is my schedule.

I am so deeply grateful for the care and attention from Dr Janine Khoo and the Allpets team towards my cat Clawdio. While he eventually did not make it due to his condition sharply deteriorating during his hospitalisation at another emergency vet (who also gave the best care they could), Dr Janine in the whole time demonstrated a lot of care and gentleness towards Clawdio and us. When I emailed Allpets two days later after his first visit solely with the intent of updating on his condition at home , Dr Janine responded quickly and personally with a phone call, urging me to bring Clawdio down as soon as possible. Further tests ran revealed more complications and I made the decision to put him up overnight at the 24hr emergency vet. Dr Janine personally made the calls to all the hospitals inquiring about vacancies and getting the quotes for me. It's wonderful because I was in a state of shock and wouldn't have been able to handle that myself. All the help rendered and the manners displayed really assured me that the vet wanted the best standard of care for my critically ill cat. Although it does not remove the pain of losing my cat, I consider having experienced the genuine care and concern from the vets a blessing. The counter staff and nurses have been attentive and helpful too. They printed out the address for me without any questions after I requested for the address for the emergency vet (I later laughed and joked through my tears that I could have googled it myself, silly me, why waste the time/ink/paper. They kindly assured me it was fine.) God bless all of you. Please keep up the good work. I'll be bringing in my other cat. Hope we continue this great vet/patient relationship. =)

I have not gone to other veterinarian clinic before allpets, but the staffs were all friendly, kind and patient. Doctor Frederic Chua was very gentle to my two fur babies and provide helpful advice on handling kittens for first timers. Definitely recommend allpets. Thanks!

Appointment was scheduled quickly and easily. Attentive front desk as well as doc and nurses. They assured that my pet is gonna be ok with proper care. I recommend pet owners to visit if required.
